Suddenly the young girl leaps towards the sleeping Zenonias as if she’s trying hug the sleeping Zenonias .

But Zenonias suddenly rolled at the opposite direction he’s sleeping on the big bed as if to avoid the young girl leaps .

The energetic young girl weren’t successful on her attempts to hug Zenonias and shows a smug look .

The young girl look at the back of Zenonias body , looking for an opportunity to hug him .

Rubia has the awakened ability the ability to fix people’s bones … with a punch … though to be honest it doesn’t always have to be a punch … slaps works too . That said , despite being an Awakener , the ability she has are useless in fighting monster , it is an ability with an attribute of Healing . Though your bone may healed by her but you would get an indescribable pain which also comes with a good feeling on your bone … a useless ability that only useful to a sadist .

“So what do you want ? It’s still 9 a.m , I only slept for 3 hours thanks to your cute daughter .”

Zenonias looking annoyed tried to change the topic as he look at the clock while also playing with Ruby .

Rubia looking suspiciously towards Zenonias and barrage him with a questions .

After teasing and chatting with Zenonias for an hour , Rubia leaves with Ruby . Zenonias keeps denying it , despite the clear evidence while playing with Ruby .

That said I still remembered the weird dreams so well . In the dream I doesn’t seem to be like my current self … but rather how the past me would act … the idiot that dreams to be a Hero .

As expected of me what a genius , if the loser me in that dream able to get one like that , I definitely would be able to get 10 more like that . I followed a lot of the teaching on the book such as keeping my virginity intact . In the Book Of Truth , powerful Awakeners that the author encountered are mostly single and most likely virgins people that are crazy in their pursue of power . To abandoned worldly desire in exchanges of more power . There are even those that are fasting for their entire life only to achieve the peak of power . Reading the Book Of Truth that are full of bizarre story makes me feel like my life are just normal .

What causes Awakening in the first place ?

It is said in the book , that the world are once filled with only Awakeners . Every human in those era have all sorts of supernatural powers . I heard in the past before the seal broke and monster roams in the world again , humanity once worship those kind of human . But ever since the revolutions happen , Awakeners rejects the idea of “gods” … as it is revealed that those gods that they worship are none other but a human like them as well .

Zeus , Odin , King Arthur , Amaterasu , Vishnu , Ra and so much more from all over the world . They are all once living human just like us , their Books of Ancient have been proofs of their living in the world .

After the sealing of the monsters , humanity have been fighting amongst themselves which leads to the war and the destruction of themselves . Seems like each person of those era tries to proves they are better than the other . In the Book Of Truth , there aren’t any words for Awakener . Probably because all human in those era have power since they were born in the first place or rather it awakens at a certain age .

How do I get power ?

How do I get enlightened and get an awakening ?

That said … I don’t want to Awakened a weak power .

But does it matter in the first place whether I’m Awakened or not ? It certainly would be much more fun to be an Emperor that have no special abilities , which just shows how powerful my charisma in the first place …

Zenonias asked curiously as he figured it’s not his family as they gain free access to go in and out of the place freely as they like .

“They said they are from the Neo-ogle Company , they said they came to personally send you a gift .”

The nurse politely asking for Zenonias permissions .

“A gift ? Sure let them in .”

Zenonias was surprised by the unexpected visitors .

Certainly this is unexpected , a gift ? Why would people from a giant tech company would suddenly wants to send me a gift ? Does they want to recruit me as an Awakener that work for them if I ever Awakened that is ? Though I do look forward to it .

In this technological era there are few giant tech company that made a huge technological advancement for humanity which uses Ancient technology . Neo-ogle which produces an Insane A.I System and Deep Dive Virtual Reality . The other is Appneo Inc. that makes powerful yet elegant technology and also their Ultra Realistic Augmented Reality . There are more but these two company’s technology are what mostly seen in daily lives .

It would be interesting to see how a giant tech company values someone like that has uses their technology to do what considers impossible for a non-awakener .
