Awe darn, was hoping Marble would at least use the excuse that she could scent the raccoons, also, animals with longer snouts can sense the most amazing life-saving information. William Syrotuk a police detective tried to point this out in his book "Scent and the scenting dog", encouraging police and judges to understand and approve more scenting tracking dogs and how much they can really do.
If the animals in this comic world had the ordinary scenting ability of real life animals, their society and culture would be completely different. they wouldn't be able to hide much of anything from each other NOR hide from each other in a city or near each other. their cultures would have to be more open. With or without the lab rats
