Many years in the future, humans escape from pollution and nuclear waste to make a refuge, the city of Atlas. The nuclear waste causes the animals to mutate, making them able to have the same level of intellect and creativity as humans. They call themselves, Anikind. As such, they also try to escape the outside world, but find the humans are not very welcoming to them.
Gael, ia an Anikind Canine works as a janitor at the police station. When more and more cases of Anikind homicides are reported, the police may need help from an Anikind... and guess who's the only Anikind working there.

This series is a bit of a one shot and I don't expect it to be terribly long. This series has depictions of violence, blood, guns, abuse, drug use and other serious topics. If this makes you uncomfortable, I recommend reading something else.
