So I tried figuring out whether it should be whose or who's, and I'm plain lost. Who's means who is but whose is the possessive form, so both seem right to me. Maybe "whose is" is correct?
I'm not half bad at grammar, I know how to use a semicolon and what a gerund is, but this one has stumped me.
