Aviation is about 30% physical work and 70% paperwork. The Logs and Records department is by far the most underappreciated office in any aviation organization. The bane of every logs and records specialist is having to fix all the documentation mistakes made by other aviation specialists and executives; even more frustrating is when they are constantly pestered to perform tasks that can easily be done by the requesting person themselves.
