Hi everybody! How are you? I'm sorry I had to delay totally this august/september update, but I'm really proud of the result! I can't wiait to show you more and more in this new chapter! See you all next month with part two! And also if you have the chance let's meet in person at some of the upcoming convention! Love is not the key to live happily, it does not solve your problems and certainly does not change a society built to hate you. It takes place in Italy, from the last days of 2012 until 2022 (and beyond), the love story between Alex and Loris, with all the difficulties that being Alex and Loris brings on the table. Alex is a cisgender homosexual guy and in order to find a job had to leave behind his family and hometown, and to move alone to another city. While Loris is an homosexual boy too but is actually transgender. And because of that has been rejected from his own parents, finding himself completely alone facing a reality that does not allow him to live, due to the bureaucratic limbo in which he finds himself trapped in. Being a trans guy in Italy and beginning a transition path is a huge challenge, not only because of the body dysphoria but also on the financial side, with all the meds, therapy and professional figures involved in the process. And with no family nor money in help a job is an absolute necessity but for a trans person with unmatching gender expression and ID is nearly impossible. Absorbed in this awful reality Loris met Alex in a pub and, singing “All you need is Love” they actually fell for each other. Is true, love is not enough but having finally foun d someone who loves you in spite of everything is certainly not a small thing.
