I finally arrive home after the long evening, stepping inside the much warmer apartment compared to the outsides' autumn cold. 

As I hung up my coat on the hanger in the hallway, the thought of Shawn came into my mind. His odd behavior during the movie was still fresh. 

What was up with him? The way his hand held onto mine, slightly shaking as if the gesture was everything he could focus on at that time. He never answered my question, only being able to look into my eyes as his cheeks flushed in a pink color. I could only guess what the answer was, but I hoped it wasn't what I thought it was. 

- Eli, is that you?

- Yeah it’s me mom.

I headed into the living room, seeing both of my beta moms cozed up on the sofa with some popcorn and blankets. I didn’t hesitate in joining them, squeezing in between them as Cora laid a blanket over me.

- Did you have fun?

- Yeah, it was great. I see you guys have had a nice evening as well.

- Well it would be better if your mother would stop hiding behind the pillows. Though she is adorable when she does it.

- Y-you know I’m not too fond of horror movies!

I couldn’t help but giggle a little, watching my other mom all flushed at the small comment. 

It had probably been two years now since she met my stepmother Cora. A perfect match from the start as they would never have a dull moment with each other. I was happy for her, to be able to move on after all the mess with my father. 

As I let myself lay back on the sofa, a faint sound could be heard coming from my phone. I picked it up, seeing a short message sent from Aria.
