While listening to the syllabus, class, and teacher introductions, Ashton was busy doodling little ghosts on his in his notebook. He had drawn four of them when Nicolas slid the notebook to his desk, 'Why ghosts? It's September.' Ashton read as Nicolas wrote, 'Why not? (●´ω`●)'. A small chuckle was heard from the purple haired boy, "Alright then, you, boy with the sweater vest. Come introduce yourself, young man next to him you're next." Mrs. Stewart cheerfully explained. Ashton stood up from his desk, "Hello everyone, I'm Ashton Huchson, I'm a Sophomore, and I like baking!" he happily introduced. As he sat down, Nicolas rised up from his desk, "I'm Nicolas Smith. I'm a Junior, and I like arcades." he sat down.
*DING DONG DANG DONG*
First period ended, "What's your second hour Nicolas?" Ashton asked, curious. "Anatomy." he bluntly replied, Ashton was saddened, he didn't have Anatomy, he had Biology second period. "Awe, too bad we don't have that together, I'm going to miss our little notebook writing sessions.." he gloomed. It took poor Ashton a minute to realize what he said because when it hit him, he was as red as a tomato, "WAIT- THAT SOUNDED OFF- SORRY!" he added quickly, freaking out while about to separate ways with the tall male. "Oh, it's fine. You're cute when you blush though." Nicolas said with a smile as walking down the hall, picking up his pace.
Ah, isn't it just wonderful to wake up to the annoying sound of noisy people honking the horns of their vehicles at one another? Yeah I didn't think so, because although most people in the city are used to it and don't take it to heart, Ashton, who has only moved into the city recently to stay with his aunt and uncle in their luxurious apartment, absolutely can't stand the sound. Atleast he doesn't need to rely on his phone for alarms! But what could go wrong? Lots, lots WILL go wrong! But what if moving into the city and starting at a new school wasn't so bad after meeting a certain someone in the hidden game room in East Bay Academy?
