Hong Kong's fight for Democracy

Perhaps I will get a lot of hate from Mainland China for drawing this, but this is the only way that I know to inform people of what is happening.
Hong Kong bookstore owner and staffs were kidnapped by the Chinese Government for selling books that speak against China's communist party.
Why is it wrong and why is there anger from China towards Hong Kong fight for democracy and freedom. That freedom and democracy was agreed and promised by their own Chairman Deng before the British returned Hong Kong.
Then last week a 15 years old Taiwan born Korean pop star was force to apologize for holding a Taiwan flag and not a China Flag.
How can any of these acts be justified. I am so happy that I was born in Hong Kong with freedom and liberty, and have to thank my parents for coming to Canada so I continue to have it. I am a proud Canadian and Hong Konger equally.
