Crowned Vessel’s story begins with a Prelude that follows siblings Gordo and Mora, and their experiences shortly after being forcibly relocated to the walled city of Gloaming. Although they are relatively minor characters in the grander story, their actions during this time have an effect on inciting incidents in Chapter 1, which takes place a year later.
