Omg Shepard, you can't just ask people why they've got eyebrows.
I wanted to post this one after last week's specifically because "Liara eyebrows" was one of those middle-of-the-night notes, but at least I understood what I meant the next day.

Some other Asari have more complex paint where there are eyebrow-equivalent stripes or spots. Like what's-her-name, the Spectre in LOTSB.
The weird part about Liara is that she doesn't have MORE marks on her face.
