It's been three days since then, and Leonidas nor Tristan have contacted me since. I mean, I can't really blame them, and it's not like I have tried to make the effort of messaging them as well. I tried to busy myself cleaning, watching TV, doing homework or studying, but I kept getting drawn to my phone, wanting to type up a huge apology for everything, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it.
I realized how dumb I was being, and I've come to the conclusion that I am really okay with being their mate, as Leonidas and Tristan are very good Alphas, but they have their faults as well. It was none of our faults what happened, as it was both heat and rut induced, and they want me to be their Omega.
The only problem is, it's just hard to bring myself to face them once more, as I was afraid they were going to reject me now and then what would I do then? I didn't even want to think about it. And besides, it was Friday already, and so I wouldn't be able to see them until school on Monday, so that was two pain staking days without them.
My phone went off, indicating that I had a text message, and practically trip over my own feet as I rush over to my phone. I am very hopeful, thinking it is one of my Alphas, but I couldn't help the disappointment that courses through my veins as I see it is Jamie. Jamie hasn't texted me much, as he knows it's hard for me while in heat, but I couldn't bring myself to tell him what has happened.
I knew he is going to freak out.
From Jamie 4:09 PM
Hey, Kaiden! It's been a few days so I figured your heat would be over with. I know we have a lot to talk about, and some things to catch up on about, so why don't you come down to the club tonight. Jax said I don't have to work, and that I can just spend time with you, so we can go to the private section, drink, and then talk. And you can stay in a spare bedroom if you want to drink a bit. Does that sounds good?
Honestly, I was going to say no.
I had the sentence written out and everything, but I hesitated. It is very possible that Jamie could give me some advice on what to do, and Goddess knows that I need it. Going to the club really isn't my kind of thing, but you can't be too picky.
To Jamie 4:12 PM
Sure. I'll be down there in about an hour! I'm hungry too so we better order some food. I don't think I'm going to drink though, maybe just one glass so then I'll just come home probably.
From Jamie 4:13 PM
That sounds good! Is that guy still there that spoke to you when you were on the phone?
I flush, remembering that and what happened afterwards.
To Jamie 4:14 PM
Um, I'll explain what happened when I get there. See you in a little bit!
I left it at that and sat my phone down on the counter before I turn around and head into the bedroom. It irritates me that Leonidas and Tristan's scents were slowly fading away in my home, so I only once in a while catch a whiff of their scent every now and then.
I sigh in annoyance, just needing to push those thoughts aside for now until Jamie tells me what I need to do. I strip off my casual clothing that I am wearing and put on leather pants, with a light blue satin tank top along with a pair of my black boots. I walk into the bathroom and pull my hair back into a half-ponytail and put on a little bit of makeup, but not too much as I prefer to be mainly natural, and put on a little bit of perfume.
In the mirror, I look at their marks, and they were still visible, but had faded to a light pink color so it basically looks like a scar. When an Omega is marked, their scents change and mix with their Alphas, so I kind of wonder what I smell like.
Is Jamie going to be quick to notice what has happened?
I sigh, already knowing that it is going to go down bad, but hopefully he lets me explain what happened first before he goes crazy on everything and demands to speak to the Alphas who defiled me. I chuckle at my own thoughts and grab my wallet, stuffing it into my pocket and head out the door, figuring that I could just take a cab.
Unbeknownst to me, as I walk out that front door and close it behind me, the phone on the counter went off, and the screen read "Alpha Leo".
