Life and Death, two gods who are very old as they were Mother God's first two children. They being such opposites, one might think they were at war with each other as Death always took away from Life. Yet in fact the two were very much lovers. Life being a smart dark colored man who loves everything all the gods create and Death a kind and caring sickly pale colored woman who tends to those who must go to the afterlife, her relm always expanding as many creatures enter into her care and home. Every God was born from Mother god including those who needed to be worshiped, except for me. I was born from something Death had to destroy a white supergiant. If she did not destroy it as soon as she did it would have wiped out almost every single galaxy and homes made by the other gods. But it was also my egg yet it was eating me alive, as such I was born only of bones, small and frail as I had nothing to cover my body. Death didn't affect me when she touched me and as such I was deemed a god and given my name Dragon goddess Bone. I smiled tenderly as sister Death and brother Life appeared before me and bowed softly they both looked proud as how I felt about my new home
" It is a very lovely home you have little one " Death spoke softly as she raised her scythe staff and tapped the surface of the ground
" When all creatures are created we will bless them and your planets with the gift of a cycle of life and death" Life spoke deeply as he looked to death fondly before petting my head being mindful of my horns not wanting to hurt himself or me.
I nodded as all the gods came to pay their respects before leaving. I could feel everything coming together. My children would have the best home for my first system and it made me proud.
" Ah I see everything seems to be coming to order for my child ." The voice of mother god spoke softly as she suddenly appeared next to her children
" I see you both are here as well" she spoke to her children
" And don't forget about us now " a sharp and boisterous voice boomed with excitement
" Now Eldgril be calm, we are here to only help bless the gift Spectralie came to give Bone." A more calmer voice spoke with warmth
I looked to see Eldgril, Amathei, and Poipooie come from behind Mother god. I looked with excitement at the sight of these three gods. Eldgril a god that is tall and stout, with blonde hair and amber eyes. He has children named golems, wooddraite, spikers and his favorite dwarfs. They loved to mine jewels, drink, make weapons, and armor. My dragons would make quite the quick friends with such creatures. Amathei is a goddess that is exceptionally beautiful, with silver hair and one dark blue eye and the other blood red. She has children named elfs, fairy, druids, and pixies her children would be more interested in nature and were skilled with some weapons but mainly kept to themselves. And last but not least Poipooie a god that is slightly mysterious as he is just a ball of black nothingness but he did something very interesting, he took few beasts of some gods and turned them into a bipedal creatures that knew how to think and populate as well as build homes and fight with weapons as well as the natural instrument they were already born with such as their fangs, beaks, wings, claws they use it to a better understanding and advantage then any other creations they were made from he called them beastfolk. I looked at everyone slightly confused but all the more excited that soon my children would be born with these gifts given to me by Mother god and the others. I felt so warm and loved I couldn’t wait to share these happy feelings with my small children.
“ Now that we have all gathered Death and I shall bless this seed that Mother god has provided with a cycle.” Life spoke deeply, his caramel colored skin giving a soft glow as he raised his hand over the seed in mother god’s hands.
The seed glowed softly, iridescent colored its shell. Mother god smiled warmly as all the gods before her placed their hands onto the seed. One by one they all chanted in their own language of their creations enchanting the seed with humans, dwarves, Beastman, elves and all others that they created. Life and Death smiled softly as they raised their hands in unison speaking together as one.
“ Bound all you creatures to the cycle of life you shall be born, you shall age and when the time comes your life, that soul, that light shall soon wither away into deaths' domain. “ they both chanted as their powers swirled around the seed Life’s power glowing a bright golden orange color as Deaths’ power glowed a blueish purple to a sickly pale green once they finished their blessing of a cycle.
I smiled as their power expanded from the seed to the planet itself and to all the new creatures that had been placed on the planet. Time now ticked forward for every living creature. I purred tenderly feeling swells of different emotions swirling inside my heart. They then walked to me before placing their hands on my head softly
“ Since this planet belongs to your children we will make it to where some can live for quite a long time near immortality but others can only live for a certain amount. “ Death spoke softly
“ Quite right my dear little dragon sister “ Life tenderly chuckled “ we had thought about it and deemed your children as creatures that could and would live very long fruitful lives. They shall live longer than the companions the seed will provide.” He stated as he looked at the seed glowing softly in Mother gods' hands it emitted a warmth that spread slowly.
I nodded looking at my gift, the seed, I then sat on my hind legs towering over the gods with my full length. I unfurled my six feathered wings taking the seed from Mother god and dug into the soil. An earthy scent rose as I dug my claws deeper into the soil then placed the seed down into the hole. I spoke softly in draconic language, a spell of growth and a blessing over the seed that the creatures to come from the seed to be friends and companions to my children. I finished up then covered the hole up with the seed still inside. The creatures would come forth from magic and the soil around will provide them nourishment once they are ready.
