Save a Freakin' Mermaid: Introducing the Renegade

This series will mimic the little story bits in a modern fighting game. This is basically the pre-battle animation for the character known in-story as "the Renegade." Expect more characters to come little by little, followed by pre-fight banter than sheds light on a bigger story.
EDIT: I have updated this character's name, because the word "hero" does not really work for this comic. Renegade is a far more fitting term for the role he plays.
