Quinn pounders whether he should interfere with the progress of creatures in the universe. Out of boredom he decides to force the creatures on a certain planet to evolve through his own power but not before the said energy wipes out the primitive locals, the dinosaurs who lacked general intelligence. He then creates a servant responsible to oversee them while he slumbers.
