This personally happens to me sometimes when drawing traditionally. And I've got to say that it really freaks me out. I hope that you can relate to this unfortunate event.
P.S: If this ever happens to you, try to get your creative side out. Turn the drawing you made into something else that actually complements the mistake. Just don't do like me and freak out right off the bat!

Well one time I wore down an eraser top so much there wasn't much holding it together when I finally put a fresh one on my pencil. Does that count?
