A friend of mine (who was also the one to suggest this AU) told me I could find Magikarp beneath the worn bridge and after spending a day playing with them I decided to do this piece in full color. Spent about five hours doing this and listening to the LotR audiobook, and it ended up being my desktop background for a few months.
