As I watch the man who saved me from being rape was now having his hands around my neck. 

"Now tell me how you know of our young master?" I wanted to swallow this knot but it was blocked by this man hand. I wasn't able to breathe as his hand grips tighter around my neck. "TELL ME NOW!!" he yelled as rage overcame him. The other solider came behind him and tapped on his shoulder to loosen his grips as i had lost color to my face.

"Sir Thilde, how do you expect an answer when she is unable to breath?" The tall male name Thilde jewellery was the vice- captain of the Crawford solider. He was the third person in the empire who has master the sword aura. He was second to none when it comes to strength itself but his cold- one two- word personality was a reckon, which usually gets himself in trouble with the captain of Crawford and the duke himself. He lets go of my neck and i fell on the bed with the little amount of strength i had left to hold onto my neck. "Are you alright?" The other male asked. "I am Alfred Willson. We mean no harm. Sir Thilde is just... A little sensitive when it comes to our young master Noah is all. He's really harmless once you get to know him." He chuckled lightly.

"...." I stay silent for a bit before I open my mouth again as Thilde was giving me glares from over Alfred's shoulder. "Well to be honest... I was traveling with Noah for months before I learned that he was the young heir to the duke of Crawford and well there was this knight that came by and took him away. I never saw him ever since."

"When was this?"

"5 years ago."

"That's when young master Noah ran away and we couldn't find him for several months." Said Alfred. Several soliders was seen escorting many ladies out the door. Alfred glanced over his shoulder to see what I was seeing. "We heard that baron hayden was kipnapping omegas and selling them to auction. So we had to see to it." He explained. I nodded my head in agreement. I glanced down to the other side of the room where Thilde threw baron hayden. "He's still alive and we're gonna arrested him for the crimes he done." I stayed silent as i stared the half dead man on the ground. "Dont worry about him. He wont be able to touch you or the girls again. Now you can go back to your family." I shook my head.

"I have no family to return to." I quietly muttered under my breathe.

"If you have no place to stay. If you want, I dont mind taking you under my roof till you find another place." I shook my head.

"Thank you for your kindness sir Alfred but I am good. Nothing goes well if you get involved with me." I sigh as I slowly got up but only for me to fall over as I lost all strength in my legs. Alfred caught me and pushed me back on the bed. 

"You need to rest my lady." I pushed Alfred to the side.

"Im good thank you." I slowly walked myself passed Alfred and thilde who watched me walked away as I wobbled myself back home. As I closed the door behind me I grabbed a large log that I used to lock the door and wobbled myself back into my room where I curl myself into a ball. 

--the next morning--

I woke up feeling sick to my stomach as I mutters up any strength I had left to get up but fail. I layed on my bed for 2 days straight as I was feeling weak. 

"What did you do to Mei!!!" I got up as I recognize the voice.

"Mrs Kayla?" I slowly got up but I was still feeling weak but I had enough strength to walked to the door and moved the log. I open the door to see Kayla picking a fight with... Thilde? Kayla pushed thilde to the side and grabbed both of my shoulders.

"Mei, are you alright? I haven't heard of you in two days that I got worried--" She said and then realize that I lost color and weight on my skin. "Oh my gosh. Mei you lost a lot of weight. What happen to you?" She asked. I had half open lid as I couldn't find anymore strength left to speak. Thilde looked at me and gently lay a bag down on the floor and left. "Who is that man? And what is in the bag?" She asked as she grabbed the bag and open up to see apples, raw rice and other vegetables in the bag. She looked up and stared at the direction of where thilde left. 

"Thilde...." I whispered. Kayla soon pushed me back inside the house and helped me sat on a chair.

"Excuse me while I used your kitchen kay." She said as she went to the sink and started wash the rice before placing it on the stove where she lit up a fire. She soon cut up the apple and place it in front of me. "Eat this for bit while we wait for the rice." She smiled. I nodded my head as I grabbed the apple and ate a piece.

"Sweet."

"Is it? I never ate an apple before cause its expensive." That's right I forgot that just one apple cost about 3 silvers so it was hard for us commoner to buy one but thilde is here giving me a whole bag filled of apples.

"Eat some Mrs kayla. I have alot." I chuckled lightly. Kayla smile brightly as she grabbed a piece of the apple and took a bite.

"Oh my gosh this is just juicy and sweet. The fresh crisp taste is just unbelievable. What did you do for him to give you these. I mean all of these must have cost him a gold coin or 2." I looked at her.

"I dont know."

"Young master, what are you doing?" Thilde asked as Noah sniffed at the bottom of thilde's cap. Noah looked up at Thilde and ripped his cap off and ran away. "Young master!!!" He yelled as he chased the young white wolf who stole his cap. "Where did he go?" Thilde asked as he looked around the hallway but lost track of Noah who was hiding in the garden.

"This is Mei's scent. Why was Thilde with her?" He nuzzled himself into the cap as he inhaled my scent. He stood up and ran into the forest and into the village following my scent. 

"Young master, where are you?" Thilde yelled as he ran around the mansion. He reached to the kitchen area where Noah like to go the most. "Chef have you seen young master?" 

"Huh? No I haven't Sir Thilde. I havent seen him since lunch time."

"Ok thank you. Let me know if he comes by." Thilde clicks his tongue as he leaves the kitchen. "Now where did you go this time young master?"

"Sir Thilde are you ok?" Alfred asked as he was walking by the hallway from the training ground.

"Good timing Alfred. Help me look for young master. He disappeared again." Tilde sighed in despair.

"He's not in his bedroom?" Thilde shook his head. "Not in the kitchen?" He shook his head once again. "That's a surprised."

"I thought he be in there but the chef did not see him at all. He was acting weird ever since I came back from my Er--" Thilde stopped his sentence midway and looked towards the garden area and dashed his way there.

"I guess he found him." Alfred shug his shoulder as he stood there in place waiting Thilde disappeared.

"Young master!!" Thilde screamed out but to hear no sound. He stop as he saw his cap that Noah took from him. "....."

--Noah's pov--

"This scent is Mei. Shes closed by I know it. I can smell her in this village." I was running for the past hour sniffing her scent. As i reach to the village, her scent was stronger. I noticed the villagers was staring at me as they whispered to themselves. And there it was I noticed that this lady with olive green dress had Mel's scent. I dashed to her and it made her jumped.

"Are you lost little guy?" She asked as she bends down to be eye level with me. I growl at her which startled her a bit.

"Where's Mei?" I barked. She tilts her head to the side.

"Mrs. Kayla, is everything alright?" 

"Mei, there's a lost puppy here." As Mei came closer, she noticed the smell and stopped her track. My eyes enlarged as I see my mate standing there all frozen shock.

"Mei!!" I barked loudly. Mei took a step back. 

"Young master Noah, why?"
