A formal introduction to the Halakaw, the Whites' code of conduct, and the head caretaker of the laws, Shmultz.
Forgive the cluttered speech balloons, alot of these were drawn three years ago in IbisPaintX (limited height ceiling of 1024px). I've learned since then, and the "short" format will be changed to a more scroll-friendly format at a later date. Until then, you're stuck with this dumpster fire, lol!
