Hey, pardon my sudden month-long absence, y'all! Been a series of unfortunate events this past month ranging from losing a family pet to mom getting appendicitis and me doing more work around the yard/house. I am still alive, still hanging on, just really tired. I hadn't quit on my stories yet, just gonna be a little more time before I can get an upload up! I love y'all and hope y'all are doing okay.

Hey! Mom's recovering from the surgery and doing okay and I'm helping her with extra chores, shopping, whatever she needs. She should be 100% in a couple of weeks, as should I. Wish us luck!

Final bit of the Nativity arc (Friar Chicken) is coming Saturday! Which means I have to start drawing humans again for the next thing T_T
Might be taking next week off to recover from drawing (and maybe do writing for a change lol) But expect a swift return on March 26th. I need to finish up "The Intern" arc before we get into the fun parts.
(I'm also planning to return to The Last Train/One Way Out real soon, just need a few weeks to finish episode 7, it's a long one, but the series shall continue!)

Long time, no see! Pardon my sudden absence the past month. Actually wasn't feeling too excited to continue drawing after 3-4 months of laziness, so, I did what any creator would do and focused on a shiny new project for a few weeks. Yes, that dang Webtoon contest and ADHD is what started that mess-- got me trying a new style and workflow- but I don't think I can make the minimum 3-episode requirement by March (maybe April - it's a shot in the dark, I will let you know if it becomes an actual thing). It was nice/refreshing to try something new, and I now feel more encouraged to continue drawing, so, that's great news!
In other news, Friar Chicken is back for good, and still on the 10-day weekly schedule. I guess Mondays now? I'll play it by ear until I get some consistency back.
Again, apologies for disappearing. ADHD to blame. Happy y'all are staying onboard. This ship hasn't sunk just yet XD
Oh, and way overdue, here's my drawing of Friar meeting Angel, suggested by MK_Wizard! Figured I'd combine Angel(the girl) with an angel! Thank you all for two years of Friar Chicken! This third year's started really rough on my part, but I promise to work harder and stay as consistent as possible from this moment forward!

Merry (belated) Christmas! First thing I've drawn getting outta this funk and I'm proud of it! Gonna start working on a nativity episode closer to the 2 year anniversary, release TBD (but real soon in January)

Hey, guys! I know it's been almost three weeks since I uploaded, but apparently I burned out harder than I thought and stopped drawing for a bit. I'm finally up to working on the next few panels. Not much, but it's something.
Usually, I'll say "upload will be x" in order to motivate myself to get something up by that day, but instead, I will let you know in the next announcement when it's actually up. I will do something for Halloween, so there's that to look forward to as well. Sorry I dropped the ball. I'm getting back in the game.

Update for Friar Chicken is gonna be late--again. Been getting outside and helping my folks out, which is proving great for me mentally. I'll be sure to have it up by Saturday. It's a short one, but the next one's longer so I'll jump on it ASAP. I'm grateful to all you who've made it this far.
