September is when Grandparents Day and in my fanfiction, Grandparents Day is a special holiday of which you are supposed to present a silver apple (it's a candy) to each of your grandparents. Here are my fancharacters the twins Gym and Gem (Grimlock and Arcee's kids), and their maternal grandparents Ora and Falchion. Yes, I intentionally designed them to look like an aged Leia and Han Solo because Arcee was modeled after Princess Leia.
Here is my Sketchtember piece. Also, this is the last art piece I will do related to Psychoborg. I love all my comics equally, but each comic I make is a chapter in my career. Once I made the last page for the comic, it has given me everything it has. It's time to move onto my next project and keep growing.
My belated Smaugust challenge piece which showcases the leader of the Predacons Predaking who debuted in Transformers Prime in my style. I am very proud of how this came out. Obvious, when he appears in my fancomics, he won't be this ornate or detailed lol.
When I think of Dolly Parton, I think of the films I used to watch with my grandmother. In my adult life, I looked up to her even more because her heart was as beautiful as her voice and face. I also admire how she set the example of never shrinking yourself as a woman to be taken seriously or be heard. She was a star until the end.
Tim Curry was more than just the "It" guy. His acting skills went beyond reading lines. He brought characters to life with his body language, demeanor and iconic facial expressions. Plus, his voice gave life to many beloved animated characters. He was one of a kind and a true legend.
I was inspired to do this because people often commented how the Autobot symbol looks like it is crying. Well, today it really is crying because we are all mourning the loss of a good man who gave a voice to one of the most inspirational heroes in fiction.
