006 - Stranger Pt. 1

The boys' friendly banter gets interrupted by the arrival of a stranger!... This is the first case of Fynn not knowing who someone is, so we don't get to see some sort of info card right off the bat. Maybe if he gets to know them a little more, though...
Also in my mind pokemon do exist in the world in the same way animals sort of do?... And different regions/people have different ways they regard them. There won't really be much mention or worldbuilding explanation about this in the story, I just thought it'd be cute a cute inclusion. :3

I do appreciate and read any comments left thus far. <3 I'm shy about replying but I'm very grateful! 🥺 It'll be a long time before we hit any action/exciting stuff but I'm hopeful that with this pace/weekly schedule this'll be something I can actually keep up. 💪 (Arceus knows I need the weekly one page deadline, bc I procrastinate till the last second like a fool.)

This is story based off of a Pokemon Platinum Nuzlocke I completed with a few other friends back in Summer 2021. Our playthrough followed standard nuzlocke rules, but it had two mercy clauses to make the playthrough and story more enjoyable for us.
1. The starter can't die.
2. Pokemon can be revived via revives found on the ground.
That being said, the faints in our (or more specifically my) playthrough will still be represented, just perhaps not in ways you'd usually expect. Regardless, this story has been in the works for a while, so I hope you enjoy! I've wanted to make a nuzlocke comic for years, and I'm glad to finally be getting to it. <3
