Brie: EEEEEEEEE!!! It's the day of the graduation party! I had picked out an outfit prior because I wanted to look good for the party. I wore a satin brown dress that reached my knees. It's so cute! I'm excited to see what Einsley looks like.
Einsley: Since today is the day of the graduation party, Brie made me wear something nice. My parents picked out a pink dress that went below the knee because that would "fit" my personality. I woke up early to get out of the house to wear something I wanted. It was simple yet beautiful, black duster coat, white polo, and black wide-leg pants. Perfection. I walked to school to make sure my parents didn't see me wearing that and I packed the dress they bought me so when I came home they'd think I wore that. Sadly I'd have to wear it in photos too.
Brie: When Einsley and I got to school, it was basically a free day. We hung out, cleared out our desks, ate food, and just had a fun time with our classmates. It was refreshing to just relax and have fun. Before lunch. We were called to our gym, it was time. Everyone sat down in their chairs which had been set up in the gym and we each went up, claiming our respective certificates. I was one of the first people up, given my last name was Garcia. Einsley was one of the last people, her last name was Smith. After we got our certificates, we got to see our parents who had attended the ceremony in the gym. Both my parents were there but Einsley's weren't so she got to hang out with my parents.
After the ceremony, we went back to our classes and ate lunch! It wasn't tiring being in the gym but for some reason, I was exhausted. After lunch, there was a dance set up in the gym where there was even more food and even a DJ! We got to dance and have fun. Einsley doesn't like dancing though, she just sat by the food, talking with other classmates we weren't friends with but were more just friends with. It was great! Einsley had done some costume changes throughout the ceremony however, I wonder why.
I'm excited about high school, but I still have summer to wait for it, but I like that. I don't want to jump into a new school after I finish an old one.
Einsley: After school, I head home. It was a long day. Luckily, Brie and I had both chosen band as our electives for high school, so I would be seeing her for at least one block. I don't want to go to high school, have more work, and have less time to see friends, but It's cool. At least Brie will be by my side for it, It's a promise we made when we got those stupid *Clara's friendship necklaces that match up with one another. Even though it's a kid's store and it's girly, I still kinda like going there. Well, summer is coming up now! I'm excited to hang out with Brie.
