My friend and I saw a picture of those little hot dog octopus EXCEPT these ones had little 'bows' on top that looked just like Rila's headband so I HAD TO MAKE THIS COMIC. Hahah
Dredge pretty much runs the Grizzco branch at Inkpolis as Grizz's frontman, and Elly keeps busy working there so he can't always escape Dredge's teasing. RILA is Dredge's cousin after all, after he gets OVER his 'best friend' dating her, of course he's gonna make him suffer at any opportunity.
Anyway, since the octopus look like Rila, she couldn't help but ALSO TEASE ELLY (he's so stoic, its just always so fun to do that to him) she left him a note that could be taken one of two ways. LETS BE REAL, with the kind of fanfiction Rila reads, we (and Elly) both know what she was saying.
