Again, the I love yous in the chapters are "Te quieros" xD Also, the dialogue that says "I love you too" is meant to say "Y yo a ti" (eeyo ah tee) The yo as in yo-yo. Which literally means "And I - you- too" it's saying "I love you too" but omitting the "love" from the sentence.
You can reply with "Y yo a ti" to return what was said back to the one who said it. You're reciprocating. Examples: Te odio (I hate you) then you reply with (Y yo a ti) (I hate you too) the feeling changes depending on what you've been told and how you say it. Yelling, softly and sweet or even while crying.
Ex. ¡No te soporto! (I can't stand you) and you can reply with "Ni yo a ti" which is (I can't stand you either) that "Ni (pronounced as knee) is there when what you're told starts with "No" like "No te quiero" (I don't love you) then you say "Ni yo a ti" (I don't love you either)
I was going to write in the chapter an "You too" but since I wasn't sure if that would translate well, I wrote "I love you too". The "Y yo a ti" works as to avoid saying the "love" and avoid the embarrassment from saying the whole sentence lmao, thus why Masaru is proud of his 'attack'.
Anyways! Thanks for reading this spanish explanation x'D

This is so cute. Daiki never washes the dishes and now he did. And that cute kiss from Mitsuru gave him chills. 😅
