Also it's Halloween to I get to dress all my characters up however I want.

as mentioned Sam is Reigen from Mob Psycho 100.
Do you have a dream costume? I always want to go as a hobbit, warm and simple seems like the way to go. If I had the ability, I would make an Alucard from Castlevania costume. Honestly I haven't dressed up for Halloween in years.
