I wonder how this heiarchy (probably totally butchered the spelling, but its whatever) evovled, and like progresses. Cause they seem pretty loyal. Doesn't seem like killing each other is much of an offer for them, especially since the wrong person being killed could create madness (and not the icon).
Perhaps they use torture, or other people they hold onto, but that doesn't sustain anything, thats just dictatorship. So I sincerly wonder what keeps these guys loyal to Mr. Hindsight here. Besides common motive, and wanting power, but where does this power come from? Is it just coming from fear, cause it doesn't seem like theirs much of a leader in the icons, besides the roles given in the little groups the icons make. I'm so curious, damn.
What happens when the incarnation of Death, Sheol, must save his natural enemy, Life? All of humanity lies on the brink as supernatural beings known as Ikon battle to save or permanently kill Life itself. Sheol is stuck in the position of a hero-- something he's hardly fit for-- and must not only bring Life itself back, but face his growing feelings. Death is in love with... Life?
