NOTE: I am changing the intro tag! It took me this long to realize that a health journey is NOT about losing weight (or gaining weight, or looking a certain way, or anything else like that). It's about being strong, and having energy, and overall GETTING HEALTHY. I thought about going back and changing all of the previous comics to say this too, but realize that... that was also apart of my journey. taking 20 episodes to finally learn this lesson. And I didn't want to change my story to look better or be "more presentable", because that was the whole point anyway.
So, I kept it in. 🤗
