As they walked out of the underground demon land, Zaruya let out a deep breath and said, "Ahh, finally some fresh air. I never thought I'd be so happy to see the sky again."

"The desert is so beautiful," Glasses said. "I can't believe we've been living underground for so long. I've never seen so many different shades of sand before."

Naelina, who had been quiet for most of the journey, finally spoke up. "I never realized how much I missed the sun," she said. "I feel like I've been reborn."

Zaruya turned to her and said, "You have been reborn, Naelina. You've undergone a great transformation in the ruins, and I believe that you're even more powerful now."

Naelina smiled and said, "I don't know about that, but I do feel different."

Zaruya was noticing Naelina's gigantic growth over the past few months. The demon-elf  has grown into a powerful dark sorceress, and Zaruya wanted to spar with her to see how much she had improved and test her new abilities. The two friends decided to set up a sparring match in the open desert. Glasses, meanwhile, decided to work on upgrading and improving their equipment in preparation for any future challenges they may face, he was always tinkering with some machine.

Zaruya was well-versed in hand-to-hand combat and had been training with her robotic arm for months, making her a formidable opponent. Naelina, on the other hand, had been mastering her dark magic abilities and was able to summon demons to aid her in battle.

The fight began with Zaruya charging at Naelina, her robotic limb glowing with energy as she swung it at Naelina. Naelina quickly summoned a small demon out of sand to block the attack. The sand demon got pulverized. Naelina then countered with a blast of dark energy that came out from a sword slash. Zaruya dodged the blast and closed in on Naelina, using her agility to strike at her from multiple angles.

Naelina was able to hold her own, using her magic to summon more sand demons and unleash a barrage of different spells. The two fought fiercely, their movements becoming faster and more precise as the spar went on.

Zaruya:"You've come a long way, Naé. Your control over dark magic has improved greatly."

Naelina: "Thanks, Zaru. I've been studying and practicing with the guidance of Vaelorin."

Zaruya: "It's paying off, I can see that. But don't let your guard down, I've still got some tricks up my sleeve."

Naelina: "And so do I." Naelina casts the spell dark slash.

Zaruya: "Impressive, but not enough." Zaruya dodges the attack and counters with an energy explosion punch from her mechanical arm.

Naelina: "You're not the only one who's been training." Naelina merges her sand demons, forming a bigger one that blocks the attack of Zaruya. Then she proceeds with a double dark slash.

Zaruya: "This is getting intense." Zaruya blocks the slashes with her metallic limb.

Zaruya and Naelina were locked in intense combat, their attacks clashing against each other in a shower of sparks. Zaruya was pushing Naelina to her limits, with her speed and precision proving to be too much for Naelina to handle.

"You're good, but you're not good enough," Zaruya taunted as she landed a swift blow to Naelina's side.

Naelina gritted her teeth, summoning her familiar Shadow to fight by her side. "Let's see how you handle this," she said as she casted a spell to make Shadow grow to a giant size.

But Zaruya was not intimidated. She expertly dispatched the giant demon with a series of quick slashes.

With Shadow defeated, Naelina was left open and vulnerable. Seeing an opportunity, Zaruya unleashed a powerful punch that sent Naelina flying through the air, landing hard on the desert sand.

"Looks like you still have some work to do," Zaruya said as she helped Naelina to her feet.

Naelina brushed the sand off her clothes, "Yeah, but I'll get there. I'll master my abilities and become stronger. And next time, I'll be the one who comes out on top."

The fight was not in vain, as Naelina learned a lot about her own abilities and weaknesses, and Zaruya gained a new level of respect for her friend's growing power, and realized that her friend was right behind her in terms of power and therefore she was not allowed to relax and was eager to train harder.

The trio made their way back to Arkadius' tower. They couldn't help but feel a sense of accomplishment: they reached the underground demon land, successfully located and obtained the powerful orb of Nutherael and Naelina even began to master its abilities.

They were greeted by Arkadius, who was excited to hear about their journey and the progress they made.

"It sounds like you've made some significant progress with your abilities, Naelina," said Arkadius. "But it's also clear that you're still struggling to control the orb's power. I think I can help with that."

"Really? How?" Naelina asked, her eyes lighting up with hope.

"Well, I have a training room in my tower that's designed for exactly this kind of thing," Arkadius said. "It's got all sorts of magical barriers and protections in place to contain any accidents. And it's also got a variety of training programs that can help you learn how to control your power more effectively."

"That sounds amazing," Naelina said. "I'd love to give it a try."

"Great," said Arkadius. "Let's get some rest, and tomorrow morning we'll head there and get started. I think you'll find that the training room is exactly what you need to take your abilities to the next level."

The next day, Arkadius explained more about the training room's features and what kind of exercises and simulations they could run in there. Naelina listened carefully, eager to learn more about this new opportunity. She was excited to see what she could accomplish with the help of Arkadius' training room.

Arkadius led Naelina to the training room. Inside, she saw that it was a large, circular room with a variety of magical barriers and shields set up around the perimeter. There were also several training dummies and targets set up in different locations throughout the room.

"This is incredible," Naelina said as she looked around. "I've never seen anything like this before."

"It's designed to be a safe and controlled environment for testing and training magic," Arkadius said. "It's the perfect place to practice magic and learn how to control the orb's power."

"What about me?"Zaruya asked. "Can I also train in the room?"

"Zaru, I have a special training room for combat," said Arkadius. "It's equipped with advanced robotic opponents that can simulate different fighting styles and levels of difficulty. I think it would be a great opportunity for you to test your skills and push yourself to new limits."

Zaruya's eyes widened at the thought of training with advanced robots. "That sounds amazing, Arki. I would love to try it out!"

"Great," said Arkadius. "I'll take you there now. And don't call me Arki!"

As they walked to the training room, Arkadius explained the different features of the room. "The robots can be programmed to fight at different levels, the warrior level, the one man army level, and the legend level. They can also be adjusted to match your skill level, so you can start off easy and gradually increase the difficulty as you improve."

When they arrived at the combat training room, Zaruya was amazed by the array of robots that stood ready for battle. "Wow, this is incredible," she said. "I can't wait to start training."

"I'll set the first opponent to match your current level," said Arkadius as he began to program the first robot. "You'll have to be careful, the robots here are programmed to fight like real opponents, they will use all the tricks and weapons they have."

Zaruya took a deep breath and stepped into the training room. "I'm ready," she said.

As the first robot came to life and lunged toward her, Zaruya felt her adrenaline kick in. She knew it was going to be a tough fight, but she was excited for the challenge. She had a lot to learn, and this training room was the perfect place to do it.

Zaruya and Naelina spent the next few weeks training in the rooms under Arkadius' guidance. Naelina learned new techniques for harnessing and controlling her power, and was able to safely test her abilities with the magical barriers in place. She felt more confident in her abilities than ever before and couldn't wait to see what she could accomplish in the future. As for Zaruya, she barely defeated a robot at the one man army level and wasn't satisfied. She wanted to be able to beat a legend level robot, but was still a long way from that.

After the training ended, Arkadius was impressed with Naelina's progress and control over her powers. He praised her for her ability to harness the dark magic energy and control it with such precision. He then turned to Zaruya and commended her for her defeating the one man army level, he clearly did not expect that.

Arkadius then offered his guidance and also warned them of the dangers of becoming too consumed by power and urged them to always strive for balance.

As they left the training room and headed back to their rooms to rest, the hybrid elves were proud of the progress they made and were excited for what the future held.

The trio decided to stay at Arkadius' tower for another month to continue their training. They knew that Naelina's powers were still raw and that they needed to be honed in order to be used effectively. Zaruya also wanted to improve her robotic arm and Glasses wanted to visit the soul realm more.

During this time, Arkadius acted as their mentor and guide, he was one of the most knowledgeable beings in the desert. He also helped them to improve their physical abilities and battle tactics. Naelina was especially grateful for his guidance, as she knew that she still had a lot to learn about her powers.

As the month progressed, the trio grew stronger and more proficient in their abilities. Naelina was finally able to control the orb of Nutherael to a fine extent, and she was able to use it in a more efficient way. Zaruya also improved her own skills and got the upgrade on her arm that she wanted and was ready for the road ahead.

"The three of you have improved greatly," Arkadius said as he approached them, "I am proud of you."

The trio thanked Arkadius for his help and were now ready to set out once again, all set to face whatever challenges lay ahead. Their next destination, as suggested by Arkadius, was a city built to honor the Magician, which was a god robot that specialized in magic. The city was said to be home for the best robot magicians in the desert. Excited by their destination, our protagonists sat in their carriage with a smile on their faces, enjoying the journey and excited for what's to come.
