wasn't morning still. A group of girls hit the corner. One girl was about the height of a step stool with shiny, jet-black hair. The second girl had brown-ish wavey hair with coke bottle glasses and stood tall over the other girl. The last girl, ....well the last girl I knew off. Her name was Kim, Kim was taller than both girls and had straightened hair. By her scalp, you could see her hair trying to revert into curls once more.

" Bro, you coming?" Kim said with a giggle after every word.

"Yeah! I'm coming" Purple replied.

She turned to me and a gush of wind kicked up. Her hair hit my face and my eyes widened as a tear from the impact dripped down my face. 

"Talk to me, text me if you need to!"

She put her left foot on the bench and fixed her anime sock before she walked away.

Did she say I was pretty?

For the next couple of days, I noticed a difference in Purple. Or a difference in her demeanor. She had changed and not in a way I would have expected her to. She also didn't spend much time with me anymore. Which was fine, isn't like I didn't see her all the time anyway. 

  Sometimes I would see her with Kim.

I would see her with Kim ... smiling.
