The Marvelous Land of Oz came out 4 years after the Wizard of Oz. As you can see, we've already diverged from the original canon as Dorothy didn't become a princess in book one.
"The Ozmapolitan" is a reference to an ad campaign created in 1904 involving a mock Ozzian newspaper to promote the new book.
Baum says Ozma appears perhaps fourteen or fifteen years of age, so I decided Tip is 15 for the purposes of this comic.
