"Tonight is the official opening of the 'Heavenly Light Festival' in Heaven, held within the heart of the Peace Region's capital city, Lykros. All angels are travelling far and wide to come to this very festival, all other magical realm residents and citizens sticking close to any sort of broadcasting device, especially for tonight's event as tonight, the new heavenly Light Spirit will finally be shown and announced to all magical realms! After thirty-two years of unkept promise of the reveal of the new divine and the death of the previous divine, Aurea Sunne, also known as 'Morning Moon', tonight we'll finally meet the next successor of the divine line, a slight rumour stating that this new Light Spirit heavily resembles Heaven's very first Light Spirit, Elettra Lights. The divine will not be shown nor announced until the start of the Light Summoning dance, where our new divine will dance with her fated partner, whoever they may be".

(No One's Pov)
Eliora and her husband walked upstairs with their arms filled with garment bags, smiles on their faces as they reached the kids' rooms. Eliora knocked on Seraphina's bedroom door, it immediately opened by Skyler whilst all the other girls; Angel, Mangle, Seraphina, Lucia and Akire sat either on the bed or floor with the radio turned down yet still playing in the background. "Your dresses for tonight" Eliora stated, stepping into the room and laying out all but one garment bag onto Seraphina's bed "Thanks mom" both Lucia and Seraphina said in unison whilst the other girls thanked Eliora separately "No problem- um... Angel, Akire and Skyler, your dresses are still your preferred colours but they are mostly white though" the woman warned, giving the three demons a little heads up. "It's fine, everyone wears mostly white to this festival anyway" Angel assured the nice woman "Okay, well you all should start getting ready now, most of you will be heading over with Jasper at two whilst me, Gamer, Michael, Lucia, Mangle and Angel will be heading over later" Eliora stated "Cool- we can check out all the festival stalls-" "Festival games!" Skyler exclaimed, throwing her hands up into the air in excitement whilst interrupting Akire as the others laughed.
Jasper knocked on the door before stepping into the room, seeing Dark, Anti and Leo just hanging out in there "Hey guys, heads up- we're leaving at about two" Jasper told them, all three boys letting him know they got the message. Jasper then glanced around the room with a raised brow "You're a demon short" he stated "Where's the ripper?" "Death's in his room, he's in one of his bad 'moods'" Leo told Jasper, the man's smile dropped as he nodded his head before giving the three their garment bags, giving Anti and Dark a heads up that the clothing's mostly white before walking out of the room and heading down the hallway.
He stopped in front of Death's room, lightly knocking on the door "Death? it's Jasper... I've got tonight's clothes here for you" Jasper stated yet didn't get a response whatsoever. "...I'm coming in" he warned before opening the door and stepping into the room, seeing Death sitting on the bed, brows drawn and eyes narrowed as he somewhat glared down at the bed. Jasper walked over to the bed "Everything alright?" he gently asked yet again, the ripper didn't answer nor even speak, Jasper frowned a little as he stepped over to the closest and hung the garment bag off its door "It'll be here when you're ready" he gently stated before walking out of the room and closing the door behind himself, giving the demon some space.
Gamer sat on the end of his bed, head turned and staring out the window as Eliora walked into the room with a greyish-blue garment bag and over to the bed "Right- your outfit for tonight just arrived a little ago, everything should be here" Eliora stated as the fallen quietly hummed in response, still staring out the window. Eliora opened the bag and carefully took the clothing out "Wow... this must be their best work yet" the woman stated as again, Gamer hummed in agreement, not really listening nor turning his head as a knock echoed from the bedroom door "Come in" Eliora answered, gently laying the white and gold outfit onto the bed as Michael opened the door, stepping into the bedroom. "Hey" the archangel greeted the woman as he walked over, looking down at the outfit "Wow...." Michael said under his breath in slight awe and amazement as he looked at the outfit personally made for the fallen and the fallen alone "What do you think of it, Gamer?" the archangel questioned yet after hearing only a quiet hum as a response from the fallen, he instantly knew something was off. Michael walked around the bed before kneeling down in front of Gamer, the fallen immediately meeting the archangel's eyes "You okay?" Michael gently asked as Gamer looked down "...I don't know- it doesn't feel right" the fallen stated, right hand lifting up and wrapping around his soulstone. "Someone in the house is in emotional pain... and I-I feel.... I feel like dancing with a priestess I don't even know is wrong" the fallen stated "It's supposed to be a dance between fated partners- I don't want the realms thinking I'm 'in love' with priestess.... I don't want to be a liar... I don't want to be that type of divine who tricks and lies to everyone who's supposed to look up to them. Michael nodded his head a little "I understand" the archangel said "...and I'll deal with it- I'll tell the chosen priestess the truth, she'll understand" he assured Gamer, his own gaze falling to the floor as well "But... the fated partners dance isn't all about the two being in love... the fated partner of the divine is the person they trust the most, who they care for and is closest to" the archangel stated.
"That's mostly why I was Aurea's partner when she was announced to the realms" Michael said before pulling out something from his pocket.
"But it's because of her that you are with me right now" Gamer turned back to the older angel "Really?" "Yes" Michael dug into his pocket and pulled out a gold chained bracelet that had a small golden sun charm "This use to be the last Light Spirit's bracelet... I promised her I'd keep it safe just like I kept you safe" Michael smiled at Gamer as the small angel smiled back...
Gamer's eyes immediately flicked back to Michael, falling onto the familiar bracelet "U-Um... talking about Aurea.... I'm pretty sure she'd want you to have this back" the archangel stated.
"But since I can't return it to her in person, I prayed by her ancestor's alter..." Michael looked at the ground "She soon answered, and told me what to do..." Michael gently took Gamer's hand in his own and put the bracelet on the small angel's wrist "She wants you to have it" Michael painfully smiled before giving Gamer a hug. Tears stung the archangel's eyes as he smiled a bit whilst the tiny angel hugged him back "Live forever my little starlight..." Michael begged...
Michael carefully put the bracelet on the fallen's wrist "...back with who it belongs" the archangel quietly stated as Gamer stared at the bracelet, Michael then stood back up "Well then, I've got some things to take care of now... and you should really start getting ready for tonight" Michael told Gamer. The archangel gave the two small temporary goodbyes before walking out of the room in a slight hurry. Gamer glanced over at the door then back down at the bracelet, smiling a little as he looked at it.

The girls were in Seraphina's room still yet this time, all dressed beautifully for tonight's event.
Angel stepped out of the room, and whilst the other girls talked, Seraphina followed out after the reaper, meeting her in the hallway "Hey, you alright?" the lysdon asked as Angel looked down at the Dark Stone clinging to her body "...no, I'm confused and... worried" the reaper answered as Seraphina glanced at the black stone then back up at the reaper. "Still asking yourself 'why me?', right?" the lysdon questioned as Angel sighed "I just wish I knew the answers for all my questions- no one has bothered answer a single one and it's really pissing me off" the reaper angrily said yet a slight laugh bounced off the last of her words, making Seraphina laugh a little too. The lysdon leaned her back up against the wall "Sometimes the answers are too much" Seraphina stated "...'Why is Lucia a starling? and why must she carry that burden herself?', 'Why can't an angel love a demon or marry one?'.... sometimes the answers are what we want them to be, they're too good to be true, they're something we don't want to hear... or we already know what the answer is" the lysdon angel explained. Both girls' eyes met for a moment "I think at this point, the next and last person you need to ask is actually yourself" Seraphina told Angel "I'm not Gamer with a dozen reincarnated spirits hanging off his shoulder-" "But you now hold the heart of the only other person who possessed it centuries ago" the lysdon stated, nodding to the black stone still clinging to the reaper's heart. "Her heart is your own... dig deep and find her" Seraphina told the reaper.
Michael knocked on the door, getting no sort of answer in response. The archangel sighed before hesitantly opening the door and stepping into the room, immediately finding Death in the same spot as he was before when Jasper came in about an hour ago; sitting at the head of the bed, brows still drawn and eyes now glaring over at his reflection in the mirror across the room. "The fuck you want?" the ripper hissed as Michael closed the door behind himself "To talk... why aren't you dressed yet?" he questioned "Ain't going" the ripper answered with a slight growl "Why not-" "Look- I'm not going to some stupid festival dressed like a fake, then watch him dance with a girl he doesn't know and be expected to be happy the entire night" Death snapped. He refused to look the archangel in the eyes "And it's not like anyone will notice if I'm there or not- I'm known as the demon who caused his falling... it's best if I'm not there" the ripper stated. Michael's brows drew as he stepped over and sat opposite of the young ripper "...this isn't just about the guilt of him falling" the archangel stated as Death finally moved his glaring eyes to the archangel "What?" "You've had fifteen years with that 'guilt'- you're already over that because he hated Heaven and saw Hell as a real home, and you don't regret being the reason he fell and I know it" Michael stated. "Every time I saw you around him before, I could easily see it- you never cared that you were the reason he fell from Heaven cuz you knew that his falling was really a successful escape from the abuse and neglect he was getting here" the archangel continued whilst the ripper still glared at him "You understood his need for escape.... both of you became each other's best friend and you protected him with your literal life". Michael re-collected himself "...what's the real reason you don't want to go?" the archangel questioned and after a moment or two of silence the ripper finally spoke "Back at that warehouse, I went into 'God Mode' for the first time" "Well that's great-" "I was fucking pissed off" Death harshly cut off the archangel "I was so angry- that's the reason why I was able to do it" the ripper told Michael.
Death looked down at his ring where his soulstone sat on his hand "My soulstone is a chip of the Dark Ruby godstone- I shouldn't even have this fucking thing" the ripper hissed, glaring down at the red-stoned ring "I'm a horrid person- a monster.... he deserves an angel, not someone like me-" "No" Michael cut Death off. "He needs someone exactly like you" the archangel stated "Why does he pick Hell over Heaven? why would he rather be a demon than an angel?" Michael questioned as Death looked back up at him "Because of you" the archangel stated "You are the only and only reason 'why'... just because he doesn't see it yet doesn't mean he hasn't noticed". Michael pointed directly at Death, stern narrowing eyes pierced on the ripper "You're not a monster, a demon, or anything horrid, you are nothing of your past, you are burning sun with a bleeding heart, reunited with his starry moon" the archangel stated "Demon or angel, divine or not, you are fated partners and tonight you'll show that to all realms... and each other".
