Hideki jumped off the building and ran into the middle of the battlefield. At that moment everyone froze, when they saw that he's holding a dagger in one hand and Murai's arm in other.

"One more step and another Black Cloud will disappear from this world" said Hideki seriously.

His subordinates scattered and conquerors stayed in their places in rather strange positions.

"Taniguchi, calm down, Murai didn't do anything to you" Saito approached him with the stake extended towards him.

"Really, there's nothing to be nervous about" Mitsuru also started to approach him slowly.

"You're too slow" said Hideki and moved quickly.

After a while, he was holding Kousuke with his other arm. Upon closer inspection, Hideki had two daggers in the hand with which he was holding Murai and the third one was shining in his pocket. However, this mystery was not yet to be solved.

"Hideki, leave them alone" they suddenly heard a voice.

A slightly smiling Masashi and a deadly serious Shino stood by the building. Saito and Mitsuru turned sharply.

"You were supposed to stay in the Shelter" they said simultaneously.

"I don't care what I was supposed to do" replied Shino, walking slowly towards the conquerors. "Now step aside and let me talk to Hideki."

The conquerors and vampires obediently moved apart. Even Saito and Mitsuru stood on opposite sides, still holding the stakes in their hands.

"Our little Shino stopped thinking for sure" said Hideki, putting his weapons closer to his victims. "He has white aura and he thinks that he can do anything to me."

"White?" repeated Saito, when he realised, what Hideki said.

"What does he mean?" Mitsuru was even more confused.

Hideki smiled maliciously.

"So you didn't tell them that you're a human, not a conqueror, I see."

"WHAT?!" yelled both Saito and Mitsuru.

"That's not important now" said Shino. "Leave my friends alone."

"Friends?" Murai was surprised.

Hideki shook his head, disapprovingly.

"Of course that I'm going to do exactly that, Shino-chan" Hideki smiled maliciously and pushed Kousuke and Murai away, stabbing them in the process.

Hideki was strong, so Kousuke and Murai flew away and were catched by Masashi and Akiya, because who can know, how far would they stop.

Masashi picked Murai up and ran with him to the hospital. Akiya was holding Kousuke's arms. He looked like he was going to faint.

"What's going on, Kousuke?" asked Akiya, pulling a dagger out of Kousuke's body.

Ueta didn't answer and he even didn't have time for that. Akiya hissed with pain, when this fricking dagger made some strange wounds on his hand. They didn't heal and hurt him so much. Like burns.

He dropped the dagger and sat on the ground. It hurt.

Hurt.

HURT.

"Are you okay?" Hashi ran to the vampires.

Hideki looked at them. It was a freak show for him. He smiled maliciously, waiting for their reaction.

"What have you done to them?" Mida picked up the dagger, but nothing happened. "You're wearing gloves... This dagger is sacred."

"You're right" Hideki smiled even more maliciously. "I like to torture everyone I hate. Not only humans."

"You've gone too far" Shino ran to him and almost stabbed Hideki with his stake, but Taniguchi pulled out another dagger and put it to Hirano's heart.

"Me, Satoru and Megumi forged daggers for fun. Megumi's dagger is smooth, so is mine, but mine is sacred, because I wanted to hurt vampires too. Satoru's, as you can see, is serrated. Death by it will probably hurt the most. You'll finally meet your entire family, Shino."

"And you with your crazy wife" replied Shino and they both pushed their weapons at the same time.

Hideki crumbled to dust and Shino fell to his knees. The conquerors immediately rushed to him.

"Somebody get him out of here!" yelled Mida.

Dai picked the half-conscious Shino up and ran with him to the hospital.

Yuji took Akiya and Kousuke to "Yoru" club. Conquerors returned to the Shelter. Their ranks were greatly thinned, and those who stayed at the base for the duration of the action didn't know whether to be angry at the rest or rather glad that they weren't there.
