you may be wondering where exactly villains source sharks from, given their whole environmental protection status, fishery bans, etc. there's a submarine that follows those trawlers that dump sharks that have been definned for shark fin soup back into the water, to rehabilitate them. the survivors just so happen to have the PERFECT spot for a laser to be mounted
