Nozipho is another one of Taiga's friends. She helped her with Japanese in middle school, while Nozpiho helped her understand South African culture. 

"How are you, Taiga?" 

"Doing good. Come meet Kuro, my boyfriend!" She pointed towards Kuro, as he bought a soda with 50¥ in coins. "I'll take 2 sakura Pepsi drinks please."

Taiga, with Nophizo, approached Kuro. She said, "Hi, Kuro! I was at the library with you! You were in the countries aisle." 

"Yeah, I have an interest in other countries: Russia, South Korea, Estonia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iceland, Kazakhstan..." He looked to his side to see Tsukasa by the entrance/exit. He was wearing a brown trenchcoat and a fedora to match. (Of course he's wearing a fedora...) "Ah, shit..." he murmured. "It's him again." 

Tsukasa snickered. "You bested me, Kuro. I'll give you a W for that. Seriously though... But if I really wanted to, I'd send my team after you to beat your ass." 

A guy looking similar to Senku from Dr. Stone (but with glasses) stood by Kuro. "You don realize he's undefeated, right? He even fought open-weight twice." 

This is Kyushi Okihira-Kyuvskyi, Kuro's other friend. They met when Kyushi was being picked on for his smarts. Kuro took up for him; he beat BOTH of the fuckers who messed with him that day. One suffered a broken nose; the other got kicked in the head. In exchange, he offered to help Kuro with his homework. Kuro's smart, but Kyushi was slightly smarter. (Kyushi was born to a Japanese-Ainu father and a Ukrainian mother.)

Tsukasa sighed. "I guess Kuro's cock is too good... Right, Kyushi?" 

Kyushi got defensive. "I'm aromantic, not interested in penises OR breasts!" 

Tsukasa smirked. "I could hardly tell." 

Taiga got in the mix and turned to Kuro. "Don't worry about him, Kuro. He just had he got beaten in front of the class." Then, she turned to Tsukasa. "He could take on again if he..."

"Not me. One of our fighters." He handed her a picture of a guy with stereotypical, Swedish facial features. His name is Chad Svenborg, one of Taiga's exes. Memories of her flashed through her mind, especially the day Chad cheated on her. 

Taiga said, "Beat Chad's ass, Kuro!" 

Kuro replied, "You're on, Tsukasa!" 

The muscular messenger [Tsukasa] walked out of the gym. Not before grabbing a Coca-Cola and a slice of cheese pizza. 

Kuro turned to Taiga. "Who is this Chad person? You know him?" 

"He's one of my exes, actually... H-He walked out on me... because I wasn't good enough for him... He cheated on me, but he visibly didn't care... I had to be on depression meds for a while..." 

Kuro held her hand. "It's his loss." He looked into her eyes. "Besides, he's probably dating a plasticv woman or a crack whore or something."
