16. Marishi stood on the balcony of her palace, startled by all the chaos occuring below as she watches Calshi and a large group of men start fighting with the people below.

The guards come rushing in after Marishi, with the chief officer saying to her, "You must stay in the palace your Power, it is far to dangerous for you to be seen by them all in this calamity."

As the noise of the people keep on, it seems to cloud Marishi's thoughts as she ignores the guard and keeps her stance right before the balcony rails, still, with a face full of mixed emotions and most expressedly, shock.

She suddenly starts breathing heavier and heavier as she watches the officers and guards below try to back up Calshi and the rebels that are fighting and shoving people with him.

Marishi knows this would be the time to call Timid, so as she slowly starts bacling up from the balcony rails, she turns to the high priest and says to him with gritted teeth, "you must...You must concur Timid again, he must come back to us..."

Sounding as if she is about to pass out yet filled with her anger, Marishi points to the distant mountain where Timid's cave is and shouts, "now! That is an order!"

The high priest steps back, clutching his large golden book of Naminek law, "Empress? That is-"

"Timid is not coming back to you in these conditons, young Empress..." 

Hearing Takashi's voice, the high priest turns around with sudden sharpness in his shoulders as his eyes stay on Takashi as Takashi walks up to the young Empress.

Marishi faces Takashi by looking up to him, with pure anger and hatred, the young Empress reflects everything that had just occured, realizing his plan all along, to take the throne as the Twilight Warrior.

"This is how you try to take my throne away? It's not going to work, because the people of Naminek will always be on my side as the rightful heir I am of this powerful dynasty."

Takashi just smirks, "I'm not going to fight you out of this considering that you are only but a child, I need not to take away your throne like that" Takashi kneels down, "I will offer you the Doulishii Provinces, as you have Doulishii blood it only makes sense for you to become the Duchess of the provinces while I start Naminek anew so that the Naminek and Doulishii people will not longer be slaves to your dynasty, I will give the people freedom all while obeying our Maker's law."

Takashi smiles at the thought of him holding the throne, at the thought of finally changing Naminek for the better and to work his way of freeing both the Naminek and Doulishii people of tyrannical rule each ruler brought on.

Marishi backs up from him, "to rule as Duchess?? That is a disgrace to my family line, you! You have no right to do this, warrior!" She smirks, "and to think I might have made you Captain of the Guards again." She crosses her arms, trying her best to best Takashi with her words.

Takashi replies to her words by saying, "honestly, every choice you have made since being Empress has gotten you to this very moment, and sadly for you, there is no going back..." Saying this as savy ever, with such suretly, Takashi walks over to the balcony and watches below as Calshi speaks with the people below amongst the chaos still.

Behind him, Marishi yells, "I know I still have control of Timid, I will call to him I will get him to listen to me as he did during my families dynasty."

Takashi turns around in a casual manner to say, "go ahead, call him."

Lifting her arm up and letting out a one sentence phrase, Timid comes flying down, floating by the balcony while being on the side of Takashi, with both Takashi's golden eyes and Timid's firey eyes piercing the Empress and the high priest.

Feeling the upmost fear for the first time, both the high priest, the guards and maidens around along with the Empress herself stare back. "Timid? You-You are on the wrong side, stand with me, stand with me now and attack Takashi!" She points at Takashi while throwing a fit, "attack the Twilight Warrior!!"

Then suddenly, with a snap of his fingers, Takashi says to Marishi, "if only your mother would have given you educational teaching as well you would have been able to spot this problem long ago."

A burst of red energy comes right out of Timids mouth towards the guards and the high priest himself, too fast for either of them to react.

With them burning on the ground of the balcony, the Empress turns to them as if to help them, but right then she turns back to Takashi and takes out a golden rod that elongates into a staff, as if ready to fight Takashi.

"Re-Restore my empire!" Breathing heavy once again while still in shock of the sudden turmoil that just occurred, she says again while pointing the staff at him, "you will pay for this! For all this treachery!" Her eyes start to tear up as she shouts, "this is my empire and I can't let you take this from me" She lets her chest while saying with a shaking voice, one full of shock, "what would my ancestors do? Seeing me lose the empire?"

 "There is nothing they can do, they are all gone already."

Using the staff with as much force as she can, Marishi starts attacking Takashi, but instead of fighting her back, Takashi proceeds to snap his fingers, and scared of the red hot energy about to fly out of Timid's mouth, Marishi instantly drops her staff and ducks, and by this time, Timid stops absorbing energy, as Takashi just used that to scare her.

Marishi slowly gets back up, realizing how she has been fooled. With years rolling down her eyes, Takashi, who is standing by the stairs now, starts walking down the golden steps, making his way through the crowds of people to say to all of them, "people of Naminek! This country needs a change! As Emperor I will grant you all the rightful freedom of this tyrannical rule, as I have learned many ways on Southern Island how a country should be run and how through all these years we have been living through the insanity of this recent dynasty."

"That's not true!" Marishi shouts from the top of the steps, but Takashi keeps speaking, saying passionately "As the Twilight Warrior, I will give you all the needs appropiate for everyone's well being, making sure this country is still great through our strength not through the rampages our ancestors have made on Doulishii. In my rule, I'll give Doulishii the proper care it needs to make sure that our lands will be allies and not enemies!"

As Takashi speaks on, the people calm down, truly listening to the words of the warrior.

Taking his mask off and speaking again, he says to the people, "let me rule you all! And I'll show all of you the power Naminek will hold with it's new power, gifted straight to me from the Maker Himself! And with the friend he has granted me to show that my speech is not invalid!"

As everyone gets quiet, Takashi snaps his fingers and not only does Timid fly down to him where everyone backs up, making sure they are a safe distance from the creature, but the Red Dragon comes flying down, on the left side of Takashi while Timid is on his right side.

Inbetween the two creatures, Takashi, lifting up his staff, yells out to the people, "this is what I was granted! No other being besides our royal house were able to bring attention to Timid unless he was sent to kill you! But as the Red Dragon confirms by it's presence here, I have the right to take over and start as Emperor of Naminek from being the Twilight Warrior! I was chosen to make anew this country, and I will do that as our Maker leads me to do so! Not with this child!"

He points back to Marishi as she stands there, looking helpless as the guards and maidens stand there confused on what they should do.

Marishi, still desperate to stop Takashi, yells out to her guards, "Kill him! Kill Him!"

But neither of them don't.

Angry, looking as if smoke will come from her golden masked nose, she shouts once again, "Kill him! Pleaseeee! He's going to take my kingdom! We can't allow this, not after all my family has done for this place!"

Then hearing her screaming out these words, Takashi turns back to her shouting, "What you family has done has destroyed Naminek! We are only living off of gold brought from Doulishii! But these riches only do us good for our lifetime, but it will destroy us in the near future once Doulishii rebels and I will not have Naminek fall by a child and our greed of gold! I will make sure that Naminek and Doulishii will abide by each other while embracing what the Maker of us all have given each of us!"

Takashi turns back to the people, "I will make sure that Naminek stays forever strong without ending up like the ones above our land, being split into two countries! I will make sure that our Maker is forever on our side and that all will be well for our people continually!"

The people to shout and cheer in agreement, with Calshi's small rebellion being the loudest. 

Meanwhile Marishi walks down towards Takashi, slowly letting her tiny feet tap each of the golden steps so that she can stand on the stair that lets her be right before Takashi in eye sight.

 "This is a mistake that you are trying to do..."

 "Well then" Takashi smiles with a little head nod, "it is a mistake in the eyes and mind of a ten year old, but for everyone in this empire, I am once again saving lives, lives that you would have berid of."

He stands back and says while facing Marishi but really speaking to all that year him, "what is this empire without it having people to rule?" 

"You act like there are people dying of unnatural cause everyday." She crosses her arms, but Takashi replies with, "everyone surrounding Calshi have been in danger for the longest time, and you have yet to realize..."

Budging in on his words she shouts, "because I have yet to sustain my reign! Yet you are already taking it from me! I have only been on the throne for almost a month yet you try to steal my reign and claim hatred for my own people!?"

"It's better that I stop the destruction of our country now than let it fall in the near future...A child like you can not uphold this empire...Not with gold as the only thing that you uphold, in my rule...As I have just said...I will make sure everything is equal for everyone...Including you..."

"I will not go to the Doulishii..."

"You will" He cuts her off, "and I'll make sure that you are taken care of as a matter of fact, even everyone here and all who were hurt, I'll make sure that the high priest and the guards who were burned get the help that they need."

Tears stroll down her tanned face, "this is not fair..."

Then wiping away the tears on her face, Takashi replies with "It is only the right choice..." He turns back to the people and says to everyone who hears him, "is it not only right that you all make your choice, and let my word be spread out across the empire and all it's borders so that know of the new change in rule."

With the messengers coming up to Takashi, seeing both him and the helpless Marishi, they bow and lift up their heads by saying, "we will get the word out, Twilight Warrior."

Standing up now, Takashi says to them, "go ahead, make sure the word is spread."

With the recorder along with them, all three of them run out to start their journey across Naminek and Doulishii. 

Takashi nods to the people who face as most of them start to bow, but a few of the people do start arguing and complaining on again about the overthrow of Marishi's rule, with some of them feeling that it is not right.

Takashi just bows his head and places his golden mask on his face as the people around he begin to whisper, confront each other, yell at each other all at the same time.

"He can't do this?" One says.

"He is the Twilight Warrior, maybe this is his calling also to be our Emperor?" Another one says.

"He has control over Timid, that is enough for me to bow to him." Another person lets out.

As Takashi starts to walk through the crowds with everyone still talking and looking at him, a lot of them bowing to him, Takashi turns back around once hearing Marishi shout at the guards once again, "arrest him! Do something!"

Some of her guards charge their way to him, the ones who are still loyal to her. The guards take out their swords to kill him, but Takashi simply takes out his sword again and slices both of their heads off with one big swing from the angle they charged at him with.

The crowd gasps, some babies cry, the people now afraid, Takashi stands there, putting his sword back in its sheath. "Don't ever do that again...I don't want to make an enemy out of you, you are still apart of us you know."

Marishi just stands there, completely helpless, she looks to her other guards, officers, maidens, servants, maids, butlers, priests, and all that stand with her turn their heads towards Takashi, put their masks on, and bow down to Takashi.

Timid flies over to Takashi along with the Red Dragon as the people make way for them. Takashi hops on Timid and says to everyone, "I'll be back to hear what you all decide later on." Even with this, Takashi orders the guards around to collect all who were hurt from Timid's fire and take them to the medical center, which they do.

Marishi watches Takashi right along with everyone else as he flies away with Timid and the Red Dragon, all the way up to the tallest mountain in Naminek, Mount Nashik.

As they all look to the evening sky, watching Takashi fly away towards the brightness of the sun, Marishi starts crying intensely as she falls to her knees, taking off her mask so that her insane amount of tears don't try to fill it up, in her mind.

But as soon as one of the maidens try to comfort her, Marishi pushes her arm out of the way and starts to laugh. "I hope Takashi knows the type of enemy he just made..."

........

And during the next month, the people all came together throughout the Empire to make thier choice on whether they would love the rule of Takashi and the start of a new dynasty after three hundred years or...Keep Marishi in power and try their best to see how a child will continue on with the rule...

The people made their choice.

And after much praying that Takashi has done on the mountain...

He felt from the peoples reaction that their choice was confirmed...

They new they needed to change their ways, and it is to start with Takashi...

With him being crowned Emperor Takashi of the new mysterious dynasty, Marishi was prepared and sent to the Doulishii providences where the people awaited the return of their half blood ex Emperess.

Now that Takashi has taken the throne...His plans immediately are put to action.

Especially now that the Lesothian nation of Areanea have found out about the overthrow.
