What is there to say about a depressive episode... they are not pleasant; and I haven't figured out a way through other than to try and sleep it off. For me, they usually come when I am alone and don't have anything to distract me from my thoughts. That's when my brain goes dark...idle time. Lately, I've been trying to keep busy with walking, drawing and cooking... but I still have yet to find any purpose and drive behind the things that I do in a day. Suffice it to say depression is a long and lonely road and I hope with all my heart that you can't relate.
