Sorry it's taken me this long. I wanted to get two episodes ready. This and that kept getting in the way.
I don't know many webcomics operate on a page by page chapter sequence but I'd be up to 54 episodes by now.
Anyway, the 'er' at the end of Cao Cao's name is a common prefix/term of engagement in traditional Chinese. It was commonly used by parent to child or senior to junior and is kind of the equivalent of adding 'y' on the end of a name. Like 'Tommy' or 'Danny'. Something parents would do.
Just a bit of trivia.
Cao Cao Aman, hero, tyrant, saviour, butcher, loyal, treacherous, wise, cruel, all these words and more have built his reputation.
Yet so little is known of how he started and what sort of world he was born into, what created the man he would become and why.
This comic is a historical fiction that tells the childhood of the famous Ancient Chinese Warlord Cao Cao, the major power-player of the Three Kingdoms Period. It retells historical instances through the eyes of various characters and touches upon instances that were as timely then as they are now.
If you've heard of Cao Cao, I hope to interest you with a new perspective on his life and the actions he took.
If you've never heard of Cao Cao, I hope to interest you all the same with this obscure but significant showcase of history.
Enjoy.
