Yep, I was shocked to find out that this ‘Q’ had no written Chinese character!
More info: My mom says many other dialects (for example, Cantonese) also have words in that language/dialect that don’t have written form either. Since, i suppose the written form is based on the official/main dialect, Mandarin? And this word, Q, had the English letter Q chosen as its written form just because it sounds the same. :)
