I'll be gradually adding new parts to the episode that correspond to the book pages. I'm not really sure how the "episode update notifications" work on the readers' side, so I hope it doesn't get to annoying for you... I had thought of uploading the episode at once when the chapter is over, but my friend said I should update it gradually, when this system allows it, so that the comic gets better chances of being discovered by readers by showing up in the new section... though I'm not sure if it works either ^^;;;;

I wouldn't say it's annoying--it just pops up in the activity feed that the episode has been updated. Then we come on over and check it out and a new page is here! :D
I'm not sure how the back-end works, but I would think that updating it as it goes would help with new readers, too. It makes it seem like there's more frequent updates rather than waiting until the entire chapter is finished, which sadly makes the comic stagnate and sit until it's done. :3
So I'd say the system you have now works, unless you don't like it, of course!
