I have absolutely played with my food when I was younger. Sometimes its fun finding the longest process to eat food with. I've written adventures for gummy bears, eaten the chocolate off the sides of a Kitkat, eaten a banana with a spoon; A bunch of wild stuff. I can say though that I've never gone so far as to have full conversation with it. Yet. Considering the plot of this comic, that is a definite YET.
Question. For the Comments!
If you had a little food monster like Onigiri, what food would you most like to talk to?
I'm biased to Rice Balls, but I imagine most soups may have some interesting conversations.
"Oni- (noun) a kind of yōkai, demon,or troll in Japanese folklore"
"Onigiri- a popular Japanese snack food made from white rice formed into triangular shapes"
This story follows someone who is both! The story of a naive, cheerful monster trying to figure out who they want to be in a world of conflicting communities. Its got Cute Monsters and Food puns.
