(No One's Pov)
Jasper and the kids; Seraphina, Dark, Anti, Leo, Akire, Skyler made their way into the city square where most people were slowly starting to crowd, immediately joining their classmates by the outer edge of the square, where the long awaiting Light Summoning and 'Fated Partner' dance will take place.
Skyler tightly hugged the huge pink teddy bear she won from one of the many festival stalls and games, large happy grin drawn across her face "This is so exciting" the emrone quietly exclaimed as Akire rolled her eyes, slight smile on the witchdoctor's face as she did so "Hey- what happened to Death?" Noah questioned the others that were at the Lights house before the festival yet all of them just answered with 'I don't know' and shoulder shrugging. "Maybe the thought of watching Shadow with a priestess was a little much?" Leo quietly suggested "What? he stayed back at the house?" Dark questioned as Alex squinted his eyes a little, looking off over at the eastern-side of the square "...he's over there, with archangel Amenadiel" Alex pointed, the others looking over to see the ripper with a black hood drawn over his face as he stood with the archangel. Seraphina looked over at the ripper in slight confusion before a slight smirk drew across the face "My god" she laughed a little, immediately picking up what was happening or about to happen whilst the others continued to talk back and forth in confusion.
The crowd immediately started cheering as they came into view.
The seven youngest royals of Heaven; Prince Leonard Silvr, Prince Ryder Driscoll, Princess Moriko Earth, Princess Serafina Jewels, Prince Damian Darkwood, Princess Ashunti Morning and Queen Ianthe Peace. The visiting royals from Hell; Princess Euanthe Thorn, Prince Jackal Reaper (sticking close beside his angelic wife, Ashunti) and Queen Aristomache Eclipse, along with Hell's Black Council following close behind them. Archangels Michael and Remiel accompanied the group, tailing behind was Mother Zoraida and High Priestess Candace and behind them was Angel and Mangle. Yet between the two girls and the mother, and priestess stood the one person everyone was dying to see, the Light himself yet currently with a white gold-laced hood drawn over his face and coat wrapped around his body, concealing him from the realm.
The royals took to the platform set up on the western-side of the square, the Black Council standing with the two archangels by the bottom front of said platform along with Mother Zoraida and Candace, whilst the two girls and Light stood behind the queens on the platform.
Ianthe stepped forward and as if on silent cue, the still growing crowd became dead silent "Welcome all to this year's Heavenly Light festival!" the heaven queen smiled, immediately receiving loud cheers from the crowd "Tonight, we're joined by few of Hell's royals and their council, and our two celestial realms' goddesses for the very day we've all been longing for" Ianthe started whilst a few angels started setting up small lanterns around the edges of the square. "Tonight, we meet our new heavenly divine" Ianthe continued, earning hundreds more cheers of excitement and joy "But first, to honour our next Light Spirit with a total solar eclipse of early sun and late moon of the two queens" she stated as Aristomache stepped forward. The ancestral stones hang around both queens' necks glowed their beautiful colour as Ianthe's hands glowed a silvery blue and Aristomache's glowed a dark shimmering midnight blue. Both slowly raised their hands, both the sun and moon rising up and following the action before settling in place as a beautiful perfect eclipse. Twilight fell upon not only Heaven, but all the known realms. Stars glimmered brightly in the blues and purples that now consumed the sky.
The fallen angel hesitantly stepped forward, passing the two queens before coming to a stop at the edge of the stage, an inch off the first step descending down off said platform "We present you the sixth heavenly Light Spirit, our divine's Starlight, Gamer Shadow" Ianthe announced as now finally the hood and cloak was pulled off, revealing the fallen angel.
Dressed in stardust white and gold with star-neck, a hood flowing off the back and a gold moon belt glimmering just as brightly as him. Hinted with gold and blue, he looked exactly like his divine name: Starlight.
The crowd roared and cheered, looking up at the fallen in absolute awe and pure joy. And just as the fallen went to walk down the steps, he froze as someone stepped out onto the cleared dancing area, black hood and cloak falling to the ground behind them.
Death, dressed mostly in white and a red dress shirt mixed beneath, and small hints of gold.
Everyone stood silent, staring at the ripper dressed as though an angel make direct eye contact with their beloved divine. Without thinking, Gamer followed the invisible pulling force down the steps, the two slowly walking over to the other and soon meeting each other in the direct middle as the music for the partners' dance rung out through the air. The two bowed their heads before slightly circling each other, hands held close yet not touching, eyes locked together yet gaze never breaking. After a short moment, their hands and fingers finally locked together and Death pulled Gamer close to him, and as the music played, they started to dance.
Bodies locked and moving in sync.
Eyes lost in each others yet only focused on the other and them alone.
And after a good minute, both were smiling... and everyone could see that it was pure happiness.
And with that, all the lysdon and creation angels circled around the two, leaving them plenty of room. Mangle went to join in, dragging Angel into it as well "Wait, I'm not-" "You're a goddess, you're an exception" Mangle smiled before dragging Angel down and onto the dancing area, and as soon as they stepped foot onto the square, the reaper lost her grip on the creation angel's hand and lost her immediately in the circling angels yet the angels she was next to happily gave her a spot in their line, one of them telling her to copy their movements. The circling angels danced as Death and Gamer stuck together like glue with perfect synced movements. Everyone watching the dancing from the edge stared in amazement with smiles drawn their faces, seeing the absolute joy and pure happiness showing between the ripper and their new divine.
Lev walked into the command room of the Grey Army base he was dragged to, looking over at the tv to see the broadcasting program showing the Light Festival in Heaven, and Death and Gamer dancing within the middle of the rings of dancing angels around them, smiles drawn on their faces. Lev's eyes widened a little '...he's the Light Spirit?' he questioned in disbelief the the festival's music echoed throughout the room. The seer glanced around the room at those standing in it, all glaring at the tv along with the Grey Leader who seemed the most angered by this news... and as if on horrid and anger-provoking cue, the Grey Leader took out a dagger from his side and threw it and the television, piercing through the screen and destroying it from the inside out.
As they danced, symbols glowed of the bodies of all the dancing angels, including Mangle and Angel. Mangle's glowed in unison with her golden eyes whilst Angel's glowed a bright purple. In the center, Gamer's body was covered in the same symbols that marked his body back in the caves of Riverside yet instead of the glow of a bright green, the symbols shone in bright white and gold light, all but the burning red star on his wrist. And Death, like back in the caves of Riverside, his skin was covered in bright crimson red burning symbols but one mark on his neck glowed white.
Whilst dancing, Gamer could feel their hearts.... Angel and Mangle's beating powerfully in unison, he could feel his own beating and echoing lightly within his chest yet there was one more heart beat he felt, Death's. Heavy and fast, and the emotions pouring off of it made the fallen's beat a little more as his smile drew a little bigger.
As the music started to die down and the sound of everyone cheering, including all of their classmates, all noise was drowned out as the two came to a stop. Eyes still locked together, smiles drawn on their faces as the glow on their skin faded away along with everyone else's as cheering echoed throughout their ears, followed by an explosion of fireworks brightening up the sky and as everyone was distracted, the two took it as their one and only chance of escape, rushing off and out of sight before anyone could bat an eyelash at them.
Both laughing as they ran down the dimmed ally-ways of streets and buildings, the continuing fireworks lightening their path for a few seconds at a time as they ran. Death gladly letting Gamer lead the way, hand in hand, as their laughter and smiles grew.
Angel finally found majority of her classmates, joining Anti and Seraphina's sides as she was reunited with the group "That was quite a show" Anti said as Angel groaned "Never wearing heels to a 'holy' festival again" the reaper stated, taking off her shoes as Dark re-joined Seraphina's side "I didn't expect the temple angels or archangels to let those two dance together" the inferno demon said as Anti folded his arms. "Sera- I thought they were making Gamer dance with a priestess?" the betraka demon said in confusion as Seraphina shrugged her shoulders "That's what I was told-" "Wait- if that's what was arranged, then why didn't anyone stop it?" Angel cut off the lysdon angel as a certain archangel made his way over to them. "Because I told them not to" someone answered, the teens immediately turning their heads up to Michael "I decided to change a few things... talked to the priestess and she understood, she gladly stepped aside so the right person danced with the Light Spirit" the archangel stated, Angel raised a brow "...but Death's a demon and Gamer's an angel-" "Just because I don't like the type of pairing, doesn't mean I don't see the obvious" Michael cut off the reaper. The archangel glanced back at the platform to see Jackal and his angelic wife, Ashunti, happily standing together, watching the fireworks before the archangel's eyes fell upon the stone area where his 'little brother' had danced with the ripper "It's hard to come across a true perfect match these days..." Michael said, turning his head back to the teenagers. A slight pain-filled laugh escaping his lips before speaking again "Aurea's purpose as the 'Light' was to show everyone there is such thing as 'true love', and her prophecy for Gamer... I can't hold him back from his purpose either" Michael stated, the four teenagers standing before him easily seeing his forgotten pain and grief.

12:15am
The festival's opening night was reaching into early morning, officially fifteen minutes into the second day of the festival.
After asking the others who wanted to head back and them telling her they're all staying for another hour, Angel decided to head back to the Lights house by herself.
Yeah, like everyone else, she was enjoying the festival but she was also dead tired and starting to feel like a walking corpse.
Angel slowly made her way home, walking the route she's already been shown a dozen times thanks to Jasper and Seraphina, and with each step she took, her vision slowly blurred, and her chest felt as though her heart turned into a heavy weight and was knocking her ribcage. And within a second, the reaper's eyes glowed a bright purple as she closed them, right before falling onto the road.
Angel felt herself being pulled up from the ground so she was sitting up straight yet as she opened her eyes, everything seemed as though blue and white. She looked around the concrete building's empty hallway before slowly getting up onto her feet.
She's never been here before yet she knew she was somewhere in Mid, she could... could feel it.
The Dark Stone clinging to her brightly shone Angel's signature glowing purple as she looked around until locking eyes with a person who had entered the corridor, her eyes widening at the sight of Lev as he stared back at her in the same shock and surprise, all until another person, a Grey Army soldier, rounded the corner and joined Lev's side. The soldier took notice of Lev's staring, looked over at Angel before lifting a confused brow "Romainov... what are you looking at?" the soldier questioned, turning his head back to the killen as now Angel was confused herself.
He doesn't see her? but Lev can?
Lev blinked a few times before shaking his head "Sorry, had... a vision, not important" Lev lied as Angel's facial expression grew serious and cold.
Lev's a seer, that's how... and she's currently 'Realm Phasing' right now, explaining why the soldier can't see her.
"Right, well it's past curfew, you need to head back to your room" the soldier stated as Lev nodded his head, glancing back at Angel with a more relaxed yet serious face "Come on, I'll take you back" the soldier stated "Right" Lev agreed, turning on his heel and following after the soldier yet stuck a hand out behind his back and pointed back down the rest of the corridor behind Angel before then pointing his hand to the right. The reaper quickly noted the directions before turning and bolting down the corridor and taking a left at the end of the corridor. Angel kept running until she stopped outside the doors of the command room. "Why isn't he fucking dead!?!" the Grey Leader's voice boomed through the door "That fucking stone- I WAS SUPPOSED TO FUCKING WIN!" he yelled as afterwards, a piece of furniture within the room was thrown, hard across the room. Angel carefully touched the door, opening it slightly so she could slip into the room, quietly closing the door behind herself before looking around the command room, seeing broken furniture scattered around the room. No one but the Grey Leader himself stood in the room and black shadowed mist hovering above a crystal ball sitting on the table in the center of the room.
