(Continued....)
The reaper quickly sat up, finding Isra and Bonnie kneeling down beside her "Angel, you okay-" "No" Angel answered Bonnie before getting up, looking around the Heaven street she was on.
She's back.
"Angel, you need to get checked-" whilst Isra was mid sentence, Angel just... bolted. Down the street, away from the festival yet instead of heading back to the Lights family house, she was now running to another place, in the center of Heaven itself.
Gamer and Death walked in through the thankfully opened back door of the Lights' family home, failing to be silent and they quietly giggled and laughed whilst making their way into thankfully empty house. After climbing the staircase, both darted into the first room they could, that being the ripper's room, closing the door behind themselves.
"I can't believe they let us get away with that" Death smiled in slight disbelief as Gamer laughed a little, leaning against the door "Yeah- wait... they let you... why did they let you-" "Michael" the ripper interrupted the fallen before both of them started laughing again "He... talked to the priestess, she was alright with it, and he let the other archangels know about the change and-" "Thank you" the fallen cut the ripper off. Death looked back over at Gamer, seeing a small smile drawn across the fallen's face "I probably would've ran if I had to dance with a stranger" he admitted as the ripper took a step towards the fallen "But you stayed" "Because I wasn't nervous anymore" Gamer stated. "I mean- I was still nervous, extremely nervous, but... a different type of nervous" Gamer explained as Death took another step towards him, brows drawn a little in slight curiousness "What type?" the ripper questioned as the fallen stepped back further into the door "...the type I feel around.... you" he quietly answered. Death felt himself freeze a little, slight uneasiness hitting him "Tha-that good or bad?" the ripper questioned "....both" the fallen answered "It's like my brain's saying 'no' but something's screaming back at it" he tried to explain to the ripper "All this divine stuff, the Grey Army and Killen crap, and everything going on- you just..." Gamer struggled with his words as Death slightly stepped a little forward "I what....?" he questioned. "You're just in my mind all the time now- I'm either worried about you or... or-" "Or what?" the ripper questioned as the fallen stumbled over his words, the two finally locking eyes with each other as the air fell heavy, the ripper now half-a-step away from the fallen "Thoughts.... about you a-and..." Gamer's words immediately dissolved in his mouth as Death took the last half-step forward, now close and slightly towering over the fallen "And... what?" the ripper question, slight smirk showing on his face as he looked down at Gamer. The fallen's eyes immediately flicked down to the ripper's lips, heart skipping a good few beats as Death lowered his face down to his "Can I guess?" he quietly questioned, leaning in a little closer as Gamer stuttered over his words a bit "M-maybe..." "Me..... and you?" the ripper questioned, and the only indication of his answer being right was the fallen hesitantly connecting their lips.
Angel ran up the palace steps and through the front doors, immediately spooking the guards and the two royals, Ianthe and Ashunti, who had returned from the festival's opening night. "The Kero-loos" Angel breathed "Where is it?" the reaper questioned as both the queen and princess looked at the girl in confusion and concern "Ang- ANGEL!" Ianthe yelled after the reaper as Angel ran down the Morning Wing of the palace.
The ripper kept the fallen pinned against the closed door, holding him close as Gamer's arms hung off his shoulders as they kissed, and as Gamer tried to pull them even closer together, Death pulled away, trying to get his breath back as he rested his head against the wall behind the fallen. Gamer tilted his head up "...what's wrong?" he asked as the ripper's breathing grew heavy "I-I... want you so bad- if I keep going.... I don't think I'll be able stop" Death breathed, eyes tightly closed, and in response to the statement, the fallen brought his hands up and gently caressed the ripper's face "...then don't stop" Gamer quietly said. "No, Game-" whilst part-way through his words, Death was cut off with a sweet yet addictive kiss from the fallen, and the second Gamer pulled away, he felt as though he nearly lost himself. "...a-are you s-sure?" the ripper quietly and hesitantly questioned, eyes finally opening a bit to look down at the fallen "...yes" Gamer quietly answered before the two reconnected their lips.
Hands and fingers tangled in crimson hair, hands snaked around a white clothed, gold-belted waist before slowly sliding down to his hips, holding him as close as he could. Their shared kiss, deepening every second, as their bodies pushed even closer together. Scents plaguing each other's noses, heavy breaths exchanged. All until they heard the front door open.
Both of them flinched a bit, pulling away a little as the sound of several rushing footsteps entered the house "Angel?!" Akire's voice yelled out from downstairs, followed by a few other muffled voices. Death and Gamer tried to hold back a slight sliver of laughter before going back to kissing each other again. After a minute or two, a pair of footsteps rushed up stairs and started checking the bedrooms, eventually and quickly getting to Death's room and trying the doorknob before going quiet for a second, then knocking on the door "Death? you in there?" Anti's voice questioned from the other side of the door as the two immediately pulled away from each other. Death leaned his head against the door behind Gamer as the fallen covered his mouth, trying to keep himself from laughing "Y-yeah, I am" the ripper answered, voice sounding hoarse and stuttered as Gamer snorted a little.
"Who's that?" Anti questioned as Death closed his eyes, letting out a quiet sigh "Gamer laughing at me" the ripper answered as the fallen's muffled laughing slipped through his fingers "Right- Angel's ran off somewhere and no one knows where" Anti told them before going back to checking each room whilst concern and worry drew onto the fallen and ripper's faces.
Angel burst into the pitch black room, doors closing right behind her as she rushed over to the large glass ball standing in the middle of the room. The Kero-loos instantly lit up at the young reaper's presence as she lifted her hand "You can show the past and present... so please" Angel muttered, the Dark Stone glowing brightly as she touched the glass ball "Show me Dawn Parker" the reaper asked, a second later, the glass ball lit up the entire room.
It showed the human laying in her bedroom, asleep and peaceful.
Angel then closed her eyes as the Dark Stone glowed brighter, its glimmering glow eating away at the Kero-loos' soft light "Please.... work- I have to warn-" before she could finish her harsh muttering, the reaper felt herself fall forwards and through the floor.
Angel was pulled up through the floor, onto her feet, finding herself in blue-tinted vision again as she looked around the room she now stood in.
The bedroom was old and painted white, the furniture's colouring withered like the room's walling. The curtains white-laced and drawn, small beams of night darkness peaking into the room. A small student's desk piled with the mess of papers and books, white and yellowed white burnt candles nicely set on the shelves. And a white metal-framed bed covered in white sheets, floral quilts and a blue and white knitted throw-rug laid across the end of the bed as it sat pushed up against the far windowed wall.
The young reaper stepped closer to the bed, brows drawing a little as she looked down at the sleeping girl who laid under the covers, and as if on cue, the girl tiredly opened her eyes and stared back up at the reaper. Dawn immediately jumped at the sight of Angel, sitting up and backing up against the windowed wall "E-Elizabeth.... but you- you're supposed to be-" "Okay- I know this is all freaky and weird, but you need to trust and listen to me right now, okay Dawn?" Angel said as Dawn stared back in wide eyes, slowly nodding her head a little. "There is army soldiers sent to take you with a leader calling for your head- I need you to run to London and head straight to Mid Point Park" Angel stated as the girl started showing panic and confusion across her face "Woah wait- someone wants me dead?" "I'll explain later- find the brick wall at Mid Point Park and run into it" the reaper continued as now Dawn looked at her as if she was crazy. "Run into a solid brick wall-" "It's a gateway- run through the wall, don't let anyone stop you and once on the other side, a soldier wearing red and blue will come up to you-" "But you just said that soldiers-" "Dawn" the girl immediately shutted up as Angel drew with dead seriousness "Tell him that the Reaper Princess, Elizabeth Reaper, granted you passage, that you must meet her in Rieannie at EU" the reaper told the girl. "And Dawn... you mustn't let anyone stop you, not even your grandparents, no matter what they say" Angel warned as Dawn nodded her head.
Angel was ripped away from the Kero-loos by the queen, the young reaper blinked a few times, snapping back into the present realm as Ianthe turned her around, anger gleaming across her face. "What were you doing?!" the Heaven queen harshly questioned as Angel looked up at her "...stopping the death of a girl" the reaper answered.
Dawn quickly pulled on a pair of jeans, a sweater, shirt and boots before grabbing her duffle bag and rushing over to her drawers, grabbing whatever clothes she could and shoving it into the bag until it was stuffed full before zipping it shut. She then turned and opened her school bag, dumping everything out of it before shoving some other stuff into it, including; some papers, her diary, a black leathered book, a couple pencils and a few other stuff as well, zipping the bag up. Dawn quickly threw both bags onto her back, turning off the light before quietly rushing out of the room, only stopping by the dining room table where her grandparents always kept a notepad and pen, quickly scribbling something down on the notepad, a goodbye and explanation of her sudden leave, before rushing out the front door, closing it behind herself and running down the driveway.
The girl ran down the road as fast as she could before reaching the bus stop, just catching the bus in time and quickly hoping on. "Mid Point Park, London... please" she told the bus driver, earning a nod from him before he bus started moving, Dawn taking a seat in the middle section of the bus.
It was about half an hour before the bus stopped beside the park Dawn had requested.
The girl rushed down the aisle, handing the driver the money owed and jumping off, Dawn turned on her heel and ran down the one-way road heading into the park. When sight of the large brick wall came into view, Dawn sped up, catching the attention of a guard patrolling the wall. "Hey!" he yelled out yet Dawn ignored him.
"Run into a solid brick wall-" "It's a gateway- run through the wall, don't let anyone stop you and once on the other side"....
"Hey- stop!" the soldier yelled, slight panic echoing through his voice as now Dawn was only a foot or two away from the wall, now the guard running towards her "Miss! stop-" halfway through his words, Dawn ran through the brick wall.
Dawn fell out the other side of the wall, landing on the ground.
Her two bags, still on her shoulders, slightly holding her down as she laid tired and out of breath. A weird buzzing feeling radiating throughout her veins.
The girl's sudden appearance through the realm gate caught the attention of the current guard on patrol. Dawn lifted her head up, watching the guard walk over to her.
A soldier dressed in army gear yet with a red sweater and blue coat.
The guard drew his gun and aimed it at Dawn "Who are you?" the guard harshly questioned as the girl stayed on the ground "Dawn... Parker" she answered "P-Princess Elizabeth Reaper gave me permission for passage and wanted to meet me at Rieannie... EU?" Dawn just blurted out.
