Rain says goodbye to her cats and brings them to Sara's home. "Be good to Sara, okay?" she asks.

"They'll be alright, don't worry; I'll take care of them,"

“Thank you for doing this, Shawn likes to climb the kitchen counters so I'm sorry for the damage he'll cause, Nikki's favorite food is in the bag, and Jade —-”

“Yes, I know, I know, Jade will be OK. If she gives birth, I'll handle it so you can start enjoying your vacation right away. Bye! Say bye to Rain, bye!”  Rain gave them one final peek inside their cages before waving them goodbye.

 "Why can't she just take us with her?" Shawn questioned

Jade nonchalantly sits in her cage and explains, "Their relatives are allergic to cats.

“How did you understand them and how did you know?”

 "Uh, maybe? I'm just guessing... you know, lip reading." Jade was uneasy after the talk.

Sara opened their cages one by one, "Hey there guys, you can get out now. Enjoy the stay," she said.

The first one to leave was Jade. She steps out casually and lays down on the nearest mat she can find. The second is Shawn, who is still afraid to walk outside but becomes tempted to do so when a tiny rubber ball rolls in.

Shawn exclaimed with excitement, "Wow, the space is enormous! It's a big place to play!"

 "Who said this is a place to play?" The larger cat entered and towered over Shawn. "You want to play? I'll show you how to play."

Shawn raised her guards to ready for an attack but was cut off by her mother, 

"Hey Dean, take it easy or else you'll be grounded, like a child. If I were you, I wouldn't want to annoy Sara especially these evenings, right?" Jade spoke gently but with a sense of threat. Realizing the situation, Dean glares at Shawn.

 "I'll let this pass. If you trespassed in my zone, you're dead." Dean leaves as Sara enters holding a treat. 

"Hey Dean, be kind to the visitors okay? Don't do anything funny, you're bigger than them." Dean meows loudly and goes to his bed. Sara is in front of Nikki's cage, where she is still huddled.

“Hey Nikki, here's your favorite treat.” said Sara as she threw the treats to the ground. Despite wanting to leave as she recognized the smell, Nikki is terrified of her new surroundings. 

"Come here, let's play. It's a big house, we can run all over the place, it's very vast. Come on."

Shawn urged Nikki and rolled the ball toward Sara. She strokes Shawn's head as he approaches, and Nikki notices the friendly approach. She approaches slowly and consumes the food. Nikki scanned the house with her eyes and noticed how familiar it felt.

"Hey Nikki." A cat speaks out as it descends the stairs.  His white fur is exactly like Jade's, but instead of black dots, he has orange ones.

"I'm Ian, Jade's brother." he introduced.

"Oh, you're my uncle." 

Confused, "Huh? Uncle?" 

"Yes, Jade is my mother."

"Jade's daughter?"Ian asked, looking perplexed. Jade has awakened from her snooze as she hears the dialogue.

"I thought you're adopte— Aw!" Jade attacks Ian while Nikki processes what Ian said.

"I'm... adopted?" the battle halts, everyone looks at her.

"What? You're adopted?" Shawn asked, looking in disbelief. 

"Jade… am I?" Nikki faced Jade. Jade gets off of Ian and slowly faces her. 

"Yes."
