I was eating cake in the dorm. Cake is my favorite dessert, I wouldn't trade it for the world!
"Is that cake?" I flinched when I heard that, I was completely unaware that Rory was right behind me. "Yeah, so back off!" He ignored me, and snatched the cake out of my hands.
"Hey!" I yelled. We were running around the room, me trying to get the plate, but Rory was too fast and tall.
Ms. Hannko came barging in, the sudden sound making Rory drop the plate, shattering it.
"I need you two to do something very important, okay?"
Rory's face went from playful and silly to serious and worried. So did mine, but not that serious.
"Scarlette said she was going to the church last night, but she hasn't come back! We're worried that something happened to her. Please look for her."
We both nodded and walked outside.
We were almost to the church when we heard a scream from the sewer.
Rory was startled by it, but I wasn't. There was probably something important down there.
"We should go down there, Rory."
"No."
"You don't say no to anything else I tell you to do."
Rory sighed, and followed me down the sewer. We fell almost instantly. The water was so slimy and gross.
We heard someone screech, "WHO GOES THERE? THE POWER OF CHRIST SHALL COMPELL YOU AND SEND YOU BACK TO HELL YOU DEMON!"
That was Scarlette. No doubt about it.
Scarlette caught sight of our terrified faces and calmed down. She looked deranged, like she hadn't slept in years.
"Y-You okay, Scarlette?" Rory said. He probably thought she went insane, too.
All she did was walk towards Rory, and Rory backed up. This lady is a weirdo.
"Hey... Y-You should come back to school..." Rory said, still backing away. "Why should I?"
"Why shouldn't you? What about Dan?"
"He's useless."
"How? That's your boyfriend, you can't say that!"
She continued to walk and Rory continued to walk back. Rory bumped his head on a... Machine thingy? It looked like a guillotine. Scarlette bent over in front of Rory with a deadly look in her eyes. Talk about serial killer. The machine closed on her, leaving her head stuck.
"IM STUCK!!!! IM STUCK!!!!" She said, desperately trying to free herself. It wouldn't budge. I was next to a lever. Rory must've thought it connected to the machine because he yelled at me to not pull it.
Just the feeling of killing someone is enough to convince me. She always says that everyone else is bad, but she's horrible herself. She shouldn't get away with this. She doesn't deserve to live. Sure, it's her mental illness, but that shouldn't affect everything she does. She deserves to die.
"You have been telling everyone they should suffer for their sins, but you need to suffer for your own." I continue, "This is God's way of punishing you. OFF WITH HER HEAD!" I pull the lever, and the blade part slices Scarlette's head off. Rory screamed, having Scarlette's severed head in his hands. "WHAT THE FUCK, NAKUTO?!??!" He threw her out of instinct. "WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO NOW?!?!? We're gonna go to jail..." I put a hand on his back, "No one needs to know. We'll just say she went missing and we assumed she died."
"No. We need to tell." Rory responded. He had this look of extreme guilt. I wanted to feel bad for him, but I had no remorse. He started crying. I wish I could fake even a bit of regret. I climb up to the surface, and Rory slowly follows.
Nakuto has a whole world ahead of him! He's the most sweetest little child, and means no harm whatsoever! But, once he gets out of his comfort zone, everything changes.
