ROBOT:" fellow participants! welcome to the begining of the third stage. your task for today is to survive in the poison garden while making your way to the other side. you may now begin, good luck!" 

YUKIO:" poison garden?" 

The white rooms suddenly disappears, they found themselves standing in front of a huge gate with a sign labeled THE POISON GARDEN. The three of them looked at each other then they pushed the gate and went inside. while they were walking they saw different types of plants with rare colors and trees that looked very different from a normal one. 

ELLIS:" this place is quite  beautiful. don't you agree?" 

YUKIO:" yeah! it's amazing. i didn't even know that there were plants with such rare colors.'' 

ADDIJAH:" it says poison garden at the entrance, but i don't quite understand what it meant. maybe something in this garden contains poison, but what exactly?" 

YUKIO:" i guess the further we go in we'll find out!" 

ELLIS:" yeah. let's go.'' 

They walked and walked until they were further into the garden. while they were there admiring the plants and trees they happened to stumbled upon a group of dead bodies. alongside the dead bodies were weapons, the bodies were in a state where they were half rotten and the skin color of the dead people were purple. 

YUKIO:" oh my god! what the hell happened here!" 

ELLIS:"they smell awful! the bodies are halfway through decomposition, and by the looks of it the deaths were not long either, what in the world could have done this,'' 

Yukio started to vomit, addijah stooped down in front of the bodies to observed them

ADDIJAH:" by the looks of it, they were fighting against something, and with all these weapons i'll assume it's something that cannot be taken lightly, and the reason why their bodies are already decomposing is because they were poisoned, the reason why their skin is purple is because of the poison, and very soon these parts of the body will start to decomposed.'' 

ELLIS:" poison! who would've thought that such type of poisons exist, and to do this much damge in a short amount of time.'' 

Yukio looks around to see if anyone was nearby when suddenly she saw something moving towards her

YUKIO:" hey. are you guys seeing what i'm seeing?"

ADDIJAH:" huh! what are you talking about?"

YUKIO:"look over there. it looks so unreal but.... they're vines, and they're moving!" 

ELLIS:"vines moving? thats the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard.'' 

Ellis turns around and look towards where yukio was pointing

ELLIS:"what the hell!'' 

The three of them stood there watching the vines as they get closer and closer. The vines stopped where the dead bodies were, it wraps up the remainings of the dead bodies. Small holes appears on the vines, what addijah and the rest saw was suprising, liquid like substance flowed from the vines onto the dead bodies, the moment the liquid touches the body it melts in an instant. The three of them stood there in complete shock addijah quickly grabbed onto their hands and shouted

ADDIJAH:" run!" 

As they ran, more vines appeared and started to chase after them. The vines caught up to them aiming for their feet in order to trip them

YUKIO:"dammit! just how fast are these things!"

They continue to run until they reached the edge of a cliff, they look down and saw a river flowing. yukio looks over at addijah and ellis and panic as she said 

YUKIO:"are you guys seriously going to jump from this height?"

ADDIJAH:" what else are we supposed to do? is either you get killed by those vines or jump in order to escape them!''

YUKIO:"but.... i can't swim.''

ADDIJAH:" it's okay. just hold onto my hand.''

Yukio hold onto addijah's hand, then they all jumped off the cliff before the vines could reach them. As they fell into the water, the heavy flow  brings  them down stream, addijah hold onto yukio as tightly as possible. Finally, they reached to a stop. they make their way out of the water unto the river bank, they were so exhausted that they collapsed unto the ground the moment they stepped foot on the shore.

ELLIS:"that was close. we escaped just in time.''

Addijah got up and look around then he said

ADDIJAH:"where the hell did we end up now!" 

ELLIS:" is it just me or are you guys getting colder by the minute?"

As ellis said that, thick fog began to surround them,they couldn't see anything due to the fog getting thicker and thicker

YUKIO:" hey guys. i think the thicker the fog get's the colder we become. i'm so cold right now i can hardly move my fingers.''

ELLIS:"i feel the same as well.'' 

ADDIJAH:"come on, let's see if we can find a way out of here before we all freeze to death.'' 

They walked for a very long time until they've finally reached to an area where the fog was very thin. They continued walking until they noticed a ton of white flowers surrounding them, suddenly the flowers started to get bigger

YUKIO:"what's going to happen now!" 

The flowers stopped growing once they've reached maturity, one by one the flowers started to bloom, a  brown substance flow from the flowers spreading all over

ADDIJAH:"let's go before something weird happens.''

 They continued their journey until they've finially made it ontop of a hill. they've decided to stop and take a rest for a bit when they suddenly heard a thud unto the ground. Ellis and addijah turned around and saw that it was yukio who fell, they quickly check her pluse and see that she was unconscious.

ELLIS:"hey... i feel dizzy.....and my skin feels weird.''

Addijah looked over at ellis and saw that he was very pale, he rushed over towards him to check what was wrong. addijah too, suddenly starts to feel dizzy. he looked at his skin and saw that there were rashes all over his body. Ellis and addijah both fell unto the ground unconscious along side yukio. Time passed, ellis woke up and finds himself inside a cave, he looked around and saw yukio and addijah laying beside him

EMILY:"your awake! that's good.''

ELLIS:''who are you?"

EMILY:"i'm emily. nice to meet you, i found you kids just in time, if i'd shown up any later  you  would've all been dead by now.''

Ellis looks at his skin and said

ELLIS:"the rashes are gone! and my skin isn't pale anymore.''

EMILY:"it's an antidote i prepare from the herbes i've gathered, that's what got rid of those rashes. your friends should wake up soon, i'm preparing some tea to get rid of the toxins out of your body so just wait a bit longer.''

ELLIS:"okay.'' 

After quite some time addijah and yukio finally woke up, emily gave them some tea, they thanked emily for saving their lives.

EMILY:"you guys have been exposed to poison gas. that type of plant is called lily of the valley. they tend to grow in extremely cold places and bloom once they've reach maturity, you guys didn't inhale too much of the gas so that's a relief.'' 

ADDIJAH:" i'm very grateful that you saved our lives. thank you very much.''

EMILY:'sure! no problem. you guys get some rest while i tend to other matters.''

Emily got up and went outside. very soon it was nightfall, the four of them sat around the fire eating some fruits that emily had caught eariler

ADDIJAH:"may i ask a question?"

EMILY:"sure.'' 

ADDIJAH:"how are you able to tell if a plant is poisonous or not?" 

EMILY:"i'm a florist. i specialized in studying all types of plant weather they're poisonous or not.''

ADDIJAH:"oh i see.''

YUKIO:"if i may also ask. what's your reason for being in a place like this?"

Emily sat there quietly for a while then she said

EMILY:"i'd rather not talk about it.'' 

YUKIO:"oh. i'm sorry for asking, i didn't mean to offend you.'' 

EMILY:"you didn't.. it's just that if i talk about it, i'd suddenly remember all those painful memories so i usually avoid talking about it.'' 

YUKIO:"oh! understood.''

ADDIJAH:" i feel a lot better now. my body even feels lighter.'' 

EMILY:" that's because the toxins are completely out of your body now.'' 

ELLIS:"where are you from?"

EMILY:"i'm from australia. what about you guys?"

YUKIO:"i'm from japan.''

ELLIS:"england.''

ADDIJAH:"jamaica.''

EMILY:"wow! awesome! i've never been to those countries before, i've only seen stuffs about them on the television during the olympics. you guys mind telling me more about your countries?"

ADDIJAH:"sure. i don't mind.'' 

ellis, yukio and addijah all took turns telling emily about their countries. they talked for hours until they fall asleep.The next day they woke up very early and head out, the journey wasn't easy, as they came across gruesomely killing plants, they fought and fought until they were completely worn out. they came upon a little hiding spot and decided to rest for a bit

YUKIO:"i wonder how big this garden is.''

ELLIS:"a garden! seems more like a forest to me! a garden dosen't have rivers and mountains, and everywhere you go you get attacked by poisonous plants or poisonous gases.''

ADDIJAH:"still! the faster we get out of here the better.''

EMILY:"addijah's right! we should get out of here as soon as possible. here, it won't do much but you can defend yourselves with these.''

Emily gave each of them a small kinfe to carry. after they've finish resting they continued on their journey.

ADDIJAH:"are you okay yukio? you kept falling behind.''

YUKIO:"my body's weak and i'm starving. i don't think i can go on any further.'' 

Addijah looked around then he said

ADDIJAH:"i think we should rest here for a bit. yukio's hungry and exhausted, and so am i.'' 

EMILY:"okay. in the meantime i'll see if i can find anything for you guys to eat.'' 

ADDIJAH:"can i assist in any way?"

EMILY:"sure! you two stay out of sight until we get back.'' 

Addijah and emily left to find food. while they were searching for food addijah asked..

ADDIJAH:"i've noticed that you travled by yourself. were you in a group and got seperated?"

EMILY:"well! the reason why i'm traveling alone is because i was attacked by the people i was traveling with. there were too many people traveling together, thus we caught the attention by alot of preys, so the person who was in charge decided to kill the ones who was lacking.''

ADDIJAH:"lacking?" 

EMILY:" yes! the ones who weren't strong enough to protect themselves, they would only hold everyone back. and as for me....i can't fight, i didn't want them to kill me so i escaped.'' 

ADDIJAH:"why did you save us? most people would've left us to die.'' 

EMILY:"because you guys are just kids. if you were adults i would've left you to die, reason being is because of what happend with the group i was traveling with. i don't trust adults, but the way i see you three held onto each other while you were unconcious, it reminded me of someone who was very dear to me, so i just acted without thinking.'' 

ADDIJAH:"oh i see. incase your wondering if we're going to betray you there's no need to worry. we won't betray someone who saved us from dying.'' 

Emily smiled. they came across a small field that had blueberries all over, addijah went ahead and decided to pick some, addijah strecthed out his hand and was immediately stopped by emily

EMILY:"careful! those are poisonous. look carefully you'll notice that the colors of the normal blueberries has a very dark-blue color and this one has a mixture of light and dark-blue color. if you had touched it even a little bit the poison would start to spread without you noticing until you just eventually die.''

ADDIJAH:" oh! my bad.i'll just leave everything up to you then.''

They continued to search for more fruits until they've got plenty to feed everyone then head back. they ate the fruits and rest for a bit then continued on their journey. very soon they arrived into a forest with very tall trees, as they were walking they've noticed something falling from the trees, it was a strange figure in the shape of a ball,as they fell,  they sprouted roots into the ground. emily noticed the moment the roots sprouted into the ground it began to suck the life from the soil thus becoming bigger. once the balls have matured the roots fade away,the balls slowly starts to open, slime drips from it's mouth and it has long sharp teeth, it began to grow vines that looked like legs. it slowly make it's way over towards emily and the rest.

EMILY:" everybody run! don't let those vines catch you no matter what.'' 

They began to run as fast as they could, the balls spits slime at them, it headed straight towards emily, she saw it coming and quickly hid behind a tree to avoid it, the slime hits the tree the moment emily hid behind it. emily came from behind the tree and looked at the spot where the slime hits. To her surprise the tree was melting

EMILY:"what the....'' 

ELLIS:"what the hell! the slime is melting the tree.'' 

EMILY:" let's try our best not to get hit.'' 

Emily began to observe the slime dripping down from the tree

EMILY:"it looks like it's a mixture of slime and acid. i didn't know that acid could be so strong that it'd melt a tree the moment it hits.'' 

ADDIJAH:"there's more coming.''

EMILY:"let's go before they surround us.''

They continued to run as the giant ball chases them. the balls began to pile up as they gets closer and closer towards addijah and his group. yukio quickly looks around and saw a little passage way then she yelled

YUKIO:"look over there! that small area, i bet if we went inside those giant balls won't be able to chase after us.'' 

They all ran into the direction yukio pointed out, one by one they quickly made their way into the small passage. the giant balls gathered at the entrance, seeing that they couldn't went through the small passage way they left. 

YUKIO:"if we hadn't found this little passage way in time we'd all be dead.'' 

EMILY:"we're safe due to your quick thinking.'' 

ADDIJAH:"it's getting dark i think we should rest here for tonight. it looks safe enough.'' 

ELLIS:''yeah that's a good idea.'' 

EMILY:"it looks like something was living here, look at the way those dry sticks are shaped. it looks like a nest.'' 

Yukio went over towards it and look inside

YUKIO:"you think whatever lives here will come back?"

EMILY:"from the looks of it, it looks like it's been desserted for a while. there's no need to worry, lets use the sticks to make fire.'' 

As they sat around the fire yukio noticed that emily had this sad look on her face

YUKIO:"is something bothering you?"

EMILY:"huh?"

YUKIO:'you looked down for some reason that's why i asked if something's bothering you.''

EMILY:"oh! well..'' 

YUKIO:"it's okay. you don't have to tell us.''

EMILY:"the reason why  i came here...'' 

yukio and the others looked at emily as she throw more sticks into the fire

EMILY:"i had two children, twins to be exact. their name was kyle and kayla, i was married and lived a  very happy life. kyle and kayla would be about the same age as you guys if they were still alive.'' 

ELLIS:"what happen to them?"
