After listening to the crowd, Lucas got worked up, he grins his teeth and pointed his eyes towards Aether sharply. "Tch!" Without any reluctance, he stood up and fired one of his spells toward Aether. The whole Arena was stunned by what Lucas just did. "Lucas, what are you doing?" Olivia shouted looking at Lucas with concerned eyes. "Aether, watch out," Claire shouted with a worried expression. Aether who saw all of that mounts. "Arghh, keep quiet for a while Claire, this is all going nicely," as he saw the spell directly coming towards him and not his mechanisms. Just as the spell comes towards Aether, suddenly one of Aether's classmates fell right in front of him and it's also the way the spell was coming, it was unexpected for Aether as he didn't expect someone else would interfere.

"Crap! Where did he come from? I can't use my magic to save him now. I will get caught, I am surrounded by powerful mages," Aether have no choice, and without further thinking, Aether rushed towards that boy and pulls him to the side at the same time the spell that Lucas released hit the ground while Aether was still there. Luckily, that boy didn't get any injuries but Aether ended up with some bruises. Lucas gets irritated since his spell didn't hit Aether. Lucas launched a fire spell and when it hit the ground it created a fog. Seeing that Claire gets panicked and shouts "Are you okay Aether." she stood up, clenching her fist. The whole arena was silent.

Suddenly as the fog was clearing, a figure raised its hand and waved. It was Aether indicating he is okay. "Man, that was a hit, luckily I was able to pull him quickly. If that spell were to hit him, that could have ended with a big injury. Even I didn't get hit by it but ended with bruises, oh my, oh my. This is getting fun as it goes on, haha," Aether mounted in his head. Then Aether gets up and checks that boy and he was not injured, but he fainted in fear. "Now then," Aether slowly turned his face towards Lucas, his eyes were cold that the whole arena stood silent. The whole arena stood silent including the headmaster. "What eyes!" the headmaster mounted.

Even Claire who often sees Aether at home sounds off "What's that, I have never seen him like this before, I am getting cold." Everyone was watching Aether. "Who is this boy, releasing this kind of dreadful presence even without magic," The headmaster mounted In his mind, the headmaster thinks about whether he should stop him before something happens but on the other hand, he wants to see what will happen honestly as seeing the boy's eyes. In the end, the headmaster decides to keep silent for a while and watch the outcome.

Then Aether inhales slowly and with a cold tune he voiced towards Lucas "You there, what do you think you are doing?" As Lucas was walking towards Aether, he replied "Huh! What do you think I was doing?" Aether watched him with his devouring eyes but Lucas was not intimated by them. "The spell you released could have hurt badly if that boy took it head-on." Lucas looks at that unconscious boy and "Tch! Like I care, I was aiming for you anyway. He just got in my way, it's his problem for falling there," he voiced with a rude tone.

As both of them exchanged glances, the whole arena stood silent and watches them in awe as they have no clue what will happen. Everyone was curious to see whether a fight will break out or not. "That kid Aether is dead, hahaha," Ryan shouted pointing his hands towards Claire. "What's going to happen," Olivia mounted worried looking at Lucas. "Why can't the headmaster stop them," Lena asks, everyone was questioning what is happening as of now. Claire looking at Aether concerned and slowly mounted 'Aether."

"Ohh, so you don't care what happens to him if he got hit by your magic uhh, I get it now. It's because scums like you exist that this world is becoming rotten," Aether voiced with a cold tone. Hearing that made Lucas irritated and he started to strike Aether with his magic, as expected a fight broke out between them. Lucas released a highly concentrated fire spell towards Aether and shouts "Shut up and die, hahaha. There is no way your puny mechanism can block my magic."

As the spell was coming towards Aether, he stood still, and it was for a moment, Aether smiled, and the next thing everyone witnessed was Lucas's spell getting canceled as Aether's mechanism was standing in front of Aether guarding him. The whole stadium was surprised to see what was happening. An attack from the chosen ones was stopped. Aether inhales and voices "Ohh! I think I heard you wrong, what were you saying again?" Aether was using a cocky tone "My mechanism can't block your spell? My ass. At most, your attack was only able to scratch my creation. Are you weak or am I strong?" Aether smiled looking at Lucas angry as he was clenching his fist. Oh the disrespect there, no mercy at this point for Lucas.

"Impossible, a useless like you was able to block my attack," Lucas screams. After witnessing the scene, the whole arena mumbles "Did you see that, he blocked it?". Everyone was amazed "Wow," says Olivia looking at Aether. "He did it," Claire jumps smiling as her brother is strong enough to block a chosen ones spell. Even Claire's friends Lena, Zheny, and Hinata mumbled "Impressive." After that, Aether voiced towards Lucas "We'll then, now it's my turn. Let me show you my attack." The headmaster was surprised and shouted "What? his creation can not only defense but attack too? Not good I have to stop them or else-" Just as Aether was lifting his fingers, suddenly a voice was heard saying "STOP." It wasn't from the headmaster.
