ADDIJAH:"someone stole it?"

Emily shake her head and said

EMILY:"no. it was taken from it. my husband was the one who took it, he's been going around gambling with his friends, he went to whorehouses spending all my hard earned money on women. with all of my money gone i couldn't pay the hospital bills so i ended up taking the kids home. i didn't have time to go to work and so the business was closed down. everyday my babies would cry, they were feeling pain all over and couldn't bare it, and with no money to treat them, all i could do was sit and cry watching them feeling unbareable amount of pain everyday. the sickness eventually got worse and upon their dying breath, i sat by their bedside holding their hands as they held onto each other, they told me not to worry anymore because they'll be going to a better place.i cried as i saw them smiled at me before passing away.'' 

Tears flowed down emily's face as she dries her eyes

YUKIO:"i'm very sorry to hear that. my condonlences.'' 

ADDIJAH:"sorry for your lost.''

ELLIS:"my condolences as well.''

Emily smiled as she said

EMILY:"thank you. so now you all know the reason why i'm here. if i could get one wish, that wish would be to go back in time to save my kids.''

YUKIO:"i hope your wish will be able to come true.''

Yukio and emily looked at each other as they smiled. time passed and they all went to bed. they got up bright and early the next morning and head out. they stumbled upon a very quiet area with very tall trees, the trees were covered with vines all around them

ADDIJAH:"this place is too quite. i feel uneasy for some reason.''

EMILY:"keep your eyes open for any dangers. i'm starting to see the plains so this probably means we're getting closer to the gate. also we've been attacked less.'' 

They all sat down resting as they drank some water, what they didn't notice was that the vines on the trees were slowly moving towards them. the vines grab a hold of their foot and began to pull them towards the bushes

ELLIS:"what the hell!"

YUKIO:"ahhhhhhhhhhh! the vine's squeezing my ankle.''

Emily grabbed the axe that was on her side and chopped the vines off her foot and quickly help the kids. suddenly giant plants emerge from the trees surrounding them, the plants suddenly starts to shoot sharp, pointy, wooden spear like objects towards them. everyone immediately run, yukio tripped and fell due to her ankle being sprained. emily saw that yukio couldn't move and ran over towards her to block the spear that was aiming towards her. yukio turned around and saw emily in front of her with the spear in her chest, blood flow down the spear and landed onto yukio's shirt and face. yukio sat there with her eyes wide open as she trembles in fear. the plants were about to shoot again, addijah saw what was about to happen and looked at ellis and yukio who couldn't move a muscle. after ellis came back to his senses, he saw what was about to happen. addijah picked up emily and ellis grab a hold onto yukio as they ran to avoid being hit. they hid behind a huge rock, addijah calmly puts emily against the rock as she coughs up blood. emily looks up at them and saw the frighten look on yukio and ellis face

EMILY:"i'm glad you guys didn't get hurt.''

YUKIO:"why! why did you do that?"

Yukio cries as she looked at emily who was in a very terrible state. emily puts her hand on yukio's cheeks then smiled as she said

EMILY:"it's because......you reminded me of my daughter so much.....and besides....... you're still so young.....you have a future ahead of you...... unlike me, who no longer has any reason or the will to keep on living.''

Yukio continues to cry as she held onto emily's hand

EMILY:"there's no need to cry for someone like me..... so.... don't cry... okay...''

Emily looked at ellis who was also crying, she looked at addijah who was standing there looking at her

EMILY:"promise me one thing! i want you guys to protect each other. i want all three of you to survive, i want all three of you wishes to come true...... finally! i'll be able to see my children once again.''

Ellis, addijah and yukio stood there with their heads down. emily suddenly looked behind them and saw the vines making it's way towards them. emily quickly gathered up all the strenght she have left and pushed them out of the way and fell onto the vines. the vines wrapped around emily and brings her up into the air. addijah, yukio and ellis looked at emily all tied up in the air, they looked at emily's mouth as she wispers

EMILY:"run....'' 

As emily utter her last words the plants shoot more spears at her, it landed in her neck, her feet and in her stomach. ellis and yukio's foot suddenly gone numb. they both fell onto the ground unable to move. addijah saw that the plants were planning to attack again, he lifted up yukio  and puts her on his shoulder then he grabbed ellis by his hand and pulls him as he ran. after some time they finally manage to out run the plants and it's attacks. they came upon a small river and saw a sail boat sitting by the river bank. they got into the boat and make their way across the river unto the other side

ADDIJAH:"looks like we're almost at the gate.''

ELLIS:"yeah.... looks that way.''

Ellis and addijah both turned and look at yukio

ELLIS:"how's your ankle?"

Addijah stooped down, take a look at yukio's ankle and said

ADDIJAH:"does it hurt a lot?"

Yukio shooked her head. addijah grabbed onto yukio's ankle and said

ADDIJAH:"ellis, hold her down for me. this is going to hurt a lot.''

Ellis held onto yukio while addijah gently held onto her ankle and twist it back into place. yukio screamed due to the unbareable pain

ADDIJAH:"just stay still until the swollen goes down.''

YUKIO:"yeah. thanks.''

They sat in the boat quietly as it sails across the still river. ellis looked at addijah and said

ELLIS:"your overly calm. with what we've  experience just now...... i don't even have the energy to stand anymore. it feels like i'm going to pass out... yukio's still in shock.... and judging to how calm you are i'm guessing this isn't your first time seeing someone died right before your very eyes.'' 

Addijah sat there quietly until he replied

ADDIJAH:"it's not! i've seen it plenty of times that i even lost count. where i'm from, the community that i live in to be specific, it's called the getto. i've seen people get their heads blown off right in front of me. in the getto, you'll always see people fighting or killing each other with weapons.... to live in a place like that... you have to have a strong will and a strong heart... people such as you and yukio wouldn't be able to survive in the getto.''

Yukio and ellis sat there quietly without saying a word. the boat continued until it reached to the other side of the river. they got out of the boat and helped yukio who couldn't walk due to her swollen ankle.

ROBOT:"well done! you have pass the third stage. you have now moved onto the forth stage, please make your way into the forest where you'll be able to rest.'' 

Addijah, yukio and ellis makes their way into the forest. upon arriving they were once again put into a white room. they placed yukio onto the bed, afterwards they all get something to eat then they took turns taking a shower. after they were finished the screen appeared onto the wall

ROBOT:"hello fellow contestants. if you have any questions to ask feel free to do so now.'' 

ADDIJAH, ELLIS & YUKIO:" no!'' 

ROBOT:"very well then! i'll be taking my leave. please rest well and prepare for tomorrow's challange.''

The tv screen disappeared, addijah looked over at yukio who was feeling down and said

ADDIJAH:"hey it's not your fault emily died. it was her choice to save you.. so don't think that it was your fault, after all, she wants us to make it out of here alive. so lets fulfil that promise hmm?"

Yukio got up and said

YUKIO:"your right. let's make her final wish come true.''

Addijah and ellis smiled. the three of them went to bed afterwards
