[KT] Key takeaways:
You might be thinking why can't I just change the time schedule I've assigned myself, maybe it's just too early, why not live for the Summers? Good question you might ask, what I'm aiming to achieve is a sleep schedule that I should be consistent with especially in preparation for the next academic year, not just for this break. It's hard but I won't adjust it, rather, I should adjust myself to attain it. As long as I've checked on it, and it is not detrimental to my health it's actually a healthy body clock, based on my performances years ago where I did triumph to sleep and wake up early. I've been also having a lot of travels on days where I sleep around midnight or dawn.
Furthermore, as I've observed, not all, but a lot of successful people are early risers maybe because they can do more while the world's asleep. The peace, calm, and silence that accompany them early in the morning strike them to get to focus mode faster and keep the momentum better for the whole day. I've got moments where I've experienced these myself but I want to commit to being consistent with it in time. Try and know what works best for you. Some are night owls, others are early birds. The point is to change for the better with the pace we got. God bless everyone!
