From the Mahabharat: “During the fourth month of
their stay in Virata, there was celebrated in the city a
great festival in honor of Sankara. From all over the
world came wrestlers to show off their prowess.” Yes.
In the times of the Pandavas, people from all over
Bharatavarsha would descend to a single kingdom. In
the times of Modern India, people from all over the
world descend to a single India.
From 2008, I worked and wrote this book and it is
unique because it offers an Indian and an American
perspective. The reason why it includes an American
perspective is because lots of Indians asked me about
how life was in America.
